Top Ten Male Singers with the Best Falsetto
Over 70, with more than 50 years singing and he still has it! Barry and his brothers dominated the charts in the 70s and if his 2 brothers were still alive, I'm betting they would still be recording. Barry still packs the venues when he does a concert! His falsetto was lead on so many of their songs and he can still sing them today! Barry deserves to be Number 1!
Barry Gibb sang fantastic songs as like, Until, Be who you are, Letting go, The sound of love, Give a hand take a hand, Let their be love, Day time Girl, I was the Child...and many many others like that, the best of musicality, the must vocal emotional performances, listen to these songs and you will say wirh me, Barry Gibb is the number one, ONE!
Barry and his brothers Robin and Maurice wrote and sang the most beautiful love songs that ever existed! They always will be number ONE! Songs like To much Heaven, How deep is your love, How can you mend a broken heart and all the other songs will remain always in our hearts! We love them always and forever!
He is the best (falsetto) singer ever. His songs especially sung in falsetto evoke the strongest emotion in the listener's soul. No other singer songwriter matches his emotional qualities. And he is the most successful songwriter of all time of both falsetto or non falsetto pop songs.
Prince had one of the highest male falsettos in the world. It was devastating to see him go.
Check out the end of the song "showbiz." He has an incredibly unique and screaming falsetto voice that can be found on almost every Muse song in their first three-four albums. On "survival" he hits the same high note as showbiz, but it sounds completely different, showing how his falsetto style has changed from an intense scream to something more opera like.
This guy has one of the best falsettos to date!
If he’s good at anything it’s writing ballads and singing with a falsetto
His Falsettos were a very important part for the legendary Beach Boys harmonies. Also he could hit high falsetto notes pretty natural and effortless.
This should not even be a competition. Listen to Surf's Up and tell me anyone did it better.
No contest. But Barry Gibb is a distant 2nd
Falsett Dimash is a separate conversation. This register sounds like a full-fledged, voluminous voice colored with vibrato. Dimash has no equal here!
Dimash has nothing to do in this category, because he has not a fake, but a VOICE with volume and vibrato ! And all the same - he is the best !
Falsett Dimash is very often called a voice, because it has color, volume and gorgeous vibrato. Dimash is the best!
Michael should def be in top 5
Unlike many on this list, Thom manages to squeeze unbelievable amounts of emotion out of every word. The only one here who I think can compare is Jeff Buckley.
He's the Best at this game.
How the hell is Roger not even in the top 10?! What is wrong with you people?! I demand you put Roger at #1 spot!
His falsetto kicked ass in The March Of The Black Queen.
Start of Somebody to Love. Need I say more.
listen to In the Lap of the Gods (Not the revisited one). Yes. Yes, that is him. Need I say more?
I saw him live in concert when he was in his early 70s and he was fantastic! And I love the musical "Jersey Boys". The guys I saw at different performances who were chosen to play the part of Frankie Valli, were fabulous, both singing those high, high notes and their acting was great.
Guys, Frankie Valli when he was with the Four Seasons is the coolest falsetto you would ever hear. It adds a particular flare. Sherry, Big Girls Don't Cry, Walk Like a Man, Working My Way Back to You, Rag Doll, Opus 17, Dawn (Go Away), the list goes on forever.
He could make anything with his voice. He could sing in falsetto, too.
Listen to: "Pain is so close to pleasure".
Listen to "Cool cat"
Indeed well being he's my favorite vocalist and was on my favorite band that seems so delightful which is queen but that's not my interest anymore
Andy Gibb's vocal is a younger-barry-gibb, and has a very similar falsetto vocal, which is better and Barry's, commented by brother Barry.
Well, I think that's quite true, Andy Gibb's falsetto is more smooth, especially in high note.
These list are mostly pop. Try: Martin Gore and Anthony of Anthony and the Johnson's. Throw in Andy Bell.
He should be at least 15 positions up higher. One of the best falsett singers ever!
And where is Paul Young on this list?
Morten is the greatest. Way too low in the list
Just listen to a the isolated vocal track of “Take On Me”
Whoever put this list together knows nothing about music. Phillip Bailey is top ten if not top 5. And where is Curtis Mayfield? And who in the heck put Weekend and Justin Timberfake on this list, lol.
Earth, Wind & Fire - Reasons (Official Music Video). Go watch that. A lot of these people don't deserve to be ranked above Bailey.
How is this guy so low, listen to Reasons on EWF 1975 'That's the Way of the World' album. For god sake, the Weeknd above Phillip Bailey?
Listen to fantasy
Listen to Sugar and What Lovers Do. It's just some of the song that was sang in high tune!
No doubt the best.
Bobby Debarge...listen to Switch..his brother El Debarge is nice too, but Bobby...son can wail..
I call your name,There’ll never be,I wanna be closer
"Hey There Lonely Girl"
