121 Kesha

Kesha is not of this list either? Kesha came in like "that party girl" and she gives off the vibe of no work and all play. When really the girl has an amazing voice that clearly everyone is to blind to see because of her past management who had all of her songs auto tuned when not needed. Check out Kesha's "deconstructed album! " Youll look at her differently.

122 Carly Simon

Started with You're So Vain and had a great string of hits including Haven't Got Time For the Pain, Anticipation, You Belong to Me, Nobody Does it Better, The Right Thing to Do, and many others. Collaborated with then-husband James Taylor on Mockingbird. Really deserves to be mentioned among the great female rock singers of all time, but isn't. I feel she's somewhat overshadowed by Taylor.

Carly has always been overshadowed by Joni, Linda and others. She is a wry and original songwriter, and possesses a sexy, playful or serious, unique voice. She is also a truly decent person!

Here is someone who, unlike most of the top twenty, truly is underrated. You look at her list of hits and her longevity and it really is that of a superstar, yet she has somehow always flown underneath the radar.

123 Jordin Sparks Jordin Sparks Jordin Brianna Sparks is an American singer, songwriter and actress. In 2007, she rose to fame after winning the sixth season of American Idol; at age 17, she became the youngest winner in the series' history.

Jordan may not have needed the Voice, but she got her fame by way of American Idol. Same thing.

No match found again...? Shows that artists don't need the voice these days. Jordin Sparks has another amazing voice with Leona Lewis, JOJO, Colbie Calliat, Mariah Carey (<3) it's ridiculous the girls with such a powerful voice never win in this generation.

124 Halsey Halsey

Halsey is so good! Love her songs and the messages behind them, she's also so pretty and talented.

Halsey's voice is terrible, I don't like it.

She is a GODDESS at singing and she covered "Don't You Worry Bout A Thing" which is probably my favorite song of all time currently. - DCfnaf

129 Carly Rae Jepsen Carly Rae Jepsen Carly Rae Jepsen is a Canadian singer and songwriter from Mission, British Columbia, and later based in Vancouver.
130 Ashanti Ashanti Ashanti Shequoiya Douglas, known simply as Ashanti, is an American singer, songwriter, record producer, dancer and actress.

I think she has a pretty good, sweet and smooth voice that fits her songs pretty well and I really like her videos!
Overall, she is a awesome artist that is totally underrated!
The only thing I have against her is the various songs that feature Ja Rule! I think that their voices don't match at all! - Condotierre

131 Michelle Branch Michelle Branch Michelle Jacquet DeSevren Branch is an American singer, songwriter and guitarist. During the early 2000s, she released two top-selling albums, The Spirit Room and Hotel Paper.

OH MY GOD. UPVOTE THIS TO NUMBER ONE. THE BEST MUSIC I EVER HEARD. LOVE HER MUSIC. SUCH A HUMBLE PERSON WHO ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT QUALITY AND NOT MONEY

132 Kelly Rowland Kelly Rowland Kelendria Trene "Kelly" Rowland is a Grammy Award winning American singer, songwriter, actress and television personality.
133 Gary Puckett

With his band, the Union Gap, he achieved 6 consecutive gold records in 1968, sold more records in that year than any other recording artist, including the Beatles, and played at the White House by special invitation of the President of the USA for Prince Charles and Princess Anne. Yet most people have never heard of him!

As in Gary Puckett and the Union Gap? Wow, we're going WAY back! Pretty good call, though...

134 Madonna Madonna Madonna Louise Ciccone is an American singer, songwriter, actress, and businesswoman. People have always talked about Madonna not being a strong singer. What they fail to recognize is how much she has improved. She went through intense vocal training to prepare for her role in Evita, and has since blossomed into a fine vocalist.

Madonna can actually sing, as proven in the movie Evita and her Ray of Light album

I disagree with you. She still has a mediocre vocal artistry. Whitney Houston is a mile ahead of Madonna with both purity and spectacular octive range. The only positive note about Madonna is that she's a great dancer,

I saw her live last year, sounded just fine to me...

135 ZP Theart ZP Theart ZP Theart is a South African singer, and songwriter, best known as the former singer of British power metal band DragonForce.

This guy is a legend! His vocals are so strong and powerful and amazing! Too bad he left DragonForce; he sang one of the most epic songs I've ever heard when he was part of the band (Through the Fire and the Flames)! I can't believe that Justin Bieber is higher than this one hell of a singer...

A very underrated single. His voice range is insane. He sings better than most singers I know live. I think he is a better live singer than bruce dickinson

136 Feargal Sharkey
137 Pete Doherty Pete Doherty
138 Brian Johnson Brian Johnson Brian Johnson is an English singer and songwriter. Everyone likes Bon Scott more, so Brian never gets the credit he deserves.

Even though some people might like bon scott more than brian johnson and give him more credit than him,but brian johnson gets enough credit,so he isn't an underrated singers like Passenger,Ronnie James Dio,Ian Gillan,Richie Furay or Ray Davies that no one talks about - zxm

139 Florence Welch Florence Welch Florence Leontine Mary Welch is an English musician, singer, and songwriter. She is best known as the lead vocalist of the indie rock band Florence + the Machine.

She is an amazing singer, it's crazy how underrated she is. Songs like dog days are over and shake it out should've got more recognition. They were catchy.

She has an absolutely amazing voice, and writes beautiful lyrics. I have never heard any singer as purely wonderful as Florence.

140 Matthew Bellamy Matthew Bellamy Matthew James "Matt" Bellamy is an English musician, singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and compose most famous for being the main vocalist in alternative rock band Muse.
