Full of original melodic ideas and still raw. I stopped listening to many albums from the '90s, but this one is still on my top list.

An excellent hybrid of power metal, doom metal, and death metal.

Under the Red Cloud

It's hard to pin down this album's genre. There's progressive metal, folk metal, and power metal mixed in. Despite that, it's still a great album - second best, with Tales From the Thousand Lakes being the best.

Skyforger

An album full of great songs. You don't need to hit the forward button! The cover is so beautiful and inspiring. This album proves that 2009 was Amorphis' year.

So far into their career, and they are still able to top themselves and most other bands in the genre. Just amazing.

Eclipse

Amorphis has never made a bad album, but this is their best. It's a masterpiece, along with Skyforger, Under the Red Cloud, The Beginning of Times, Circle, Elegy, and Am Universum.
