Top 10 Songs You Would Least Like to Hear Sampled
Throughout the years, we've had a lot of popular songs sampled for other songs. While sampling can be good if it's cleverly used, it can also ruin the song itself or feel like an obvious cash-grab. On this list, we will discuss some well-known tunes that you would NOT like to hear being sampled on a new song. Songs that have already been sampled on popular hits (such as the Black Eyed Peas sampling "I've Had the Time of My Life" or DJ Khaled, Drake & Lil Baby sampling "Staying Alive") will not count for this list. They deserve a list of their own.

"Running Up That Hill" would've been the easy choice but I chose another popular song by Kate Bush considering the latter became a smash this year on the charts and on TikTok thanks to Stranger Things. As for "Wuthering Heights", it's another untouchable song that must be handled with care.

AC/DC is simply untouchable. Many musicians tried and failed to cover or sample their songs (a few rappers from the 80s did decent jobs though).

A lot of Beatles songs are untouchable, and this one in particular has been covered too many times, sometimes to horrendous results. The only Beatles cover song that is superior to the original is probably Joe Cocker's "With a Little Help from My Friends".

We already hear this song enough during sporting events, so a sample or a remake would automatically suck and be a cash-grab. Also, we've had enough cheap remakes of popular eurodance songs ("Blue (Da Ba Dee)", "Better Off Alone", "Show Me Love"), so please don't let anyone ruin this club banger.

Rule number 1 is: you do NOT ruin Eminem.
Rule number 2 is: you do NOT ruin Slim Shady.
Rule number 3 is: you do NOT ruin J Rabbit.
Rule number 4 is: you do NOT ruin Marshall Mathers.
Rule number 5 is: you do NOT ruin this untouchable classic made by an untouchable rapper.
That's all folks!
