12 Robert Maudsley
He's getting up there in age and is probably on the verge of death. It would be interesting to go back in time a few years or so and meet him. Despite his reputation and years in solitary confinement, he's surprisingly normal in many ways. And he has shown signs of mental stability over the past few years, although it is very unlikely he will ever be released. He has a tragic story and he only killed one person outside of prison, and three behind bars, and all were criminals of sorts, so I personally wouldn't call him a serial killer. He seems like an interesting person and I actually feel sorry for him.
