1 Awaken the Guardian - Fates Warning

This is my all time favorite album, so I had to put it at the top. It takes you to worlds that you never even knew existed with each song. The writing is so complex (while always being atmospheric and avoiding technical masturbation) that each song feels like it's own mini-ep.

This is one of the most underrated albums of all time. It almost feels like it has Eurodance influences, but the music has nothing at all to do with pop music.

This is probably their best. It's like Rhapsody of Fire doing an album with Dream Theater with Christian lyrics. The musicianship on here is awesome as well.
