The Contenders: Page 5
Putting this movie on here is actually really offensive considering how it's based on a true story about a disformed man who didn't wanna be treated like an animal.
Not at all what I was expecting from the first 20 minutes. This movie gets seriously twisted on a whole new level.
Good thing this is one the list cause christine is the scariest killer car ever - cadespencer
I've heard its scary although I've not seen it.
Such a great sequel. And it features Ken Kirzinger(Freddy vs Jason's Jason Voorhees) as "Pa" - aeromaxx777
Honestly one of the most realistic and disturbing movies I have ever seen! Truly an underrated masterpiece, and one of the most terrifying pieces of cinema I have ever seen.
This movie is very, very disturbing.. Once you see it you will never ever forget it.
Holy crap what did I just watch. I watched The Unborn before I watched this one.V 1 Comment
The ending of the movie, where Oliver Reed realizes that his wife has become one with the house. That still freaks me out til this day.
Watch this movie it is very well done the ending may or may not surprise you, shows the capability the human mind.
Not a horror, but a great psycho story
The effects on the were wolf are some of the best I've ever seen! They should play this in theaters around Halloween so that people can see how awesome the transformation is.
Hilarious dark humor, but scared the crap outta me. Best werewolf in any movie.
"This should be number 1 for the transformation sequence alone."

If we're talking about the Thai one, it's one of the best horrors I've watched. I'm not easily scared by films, but this one's got what it takes. It's also created in a very clever way, I love how everything at the beginning gives us the clues about what is happening and why. - saaar
The original Thai Shutter scared the hell out of me when I watched it on my couch. I highly recommend it. The ghost make up alone is terrifying. I'm sure it's low on this list simply because not enough people have heard of it or they assume we are talking about the remake.
Last minute = the best part of this movie, unpredictable...
This is best horror movie ever
Best Asian horror movie
Stupid American remake - phenylamine
Being the first movie to mentally scar me, it holds a dear place to my heart. Am I the only one terrified of the scene when Coraline is leaving to the normal world for the last time while the other door is getting closer while the other mother screams 'I'll die without you! ' On the other side? That is what scarred me.
Never seen a scarier kids movie... It was amazing though!
Messed up button eyes. The dreaded I'm your mum now great stuff where is monster house another good one
I'm not tryna be a wuss or anything but this can get pretty creepy at times. It shouldn't really be aimed at kids. - AlphaQV 6 Comments
I'm scared of people because of it - mood333V 4 Comments
Dude I'm not even 13 yet and it wasn't scary! Yes, I watched it during the day while my mom was moving around and cleaning, but the house was very quiet and come on. I'm around 10-11 and it wasn't scary! - Untildawn8
I just want to post it to see what you guys think I'm 14 and it wasn't scary like it's a view jump scary en some oh! But nothing that scares you
Dude I have bitty babies in my kids room and I had to lock them in the closet
To be frank, it was BORING! I slept in the middle and when I woke up, the credits were rolling. Oh well, that rhymes! LOL! Anyways, it was boring and horrible.
