Best Social Media Websites and Services
Facebook is the best out of all these sites. Facebook has 500 million users. Facebook has all the stuff Twitter can do, plus more. Facebook has chat, which lets you talk live with people. The only thing Twitter has is that you can only update your page with one word.
Facebook is definitely the most improved website on the World Wide Web. It has the most people and has a lot of very good features and very nice, addicting games. I go on Facebook 12 hours a day, 7 days a week. Got it? It is simply the BEST.
Coolest social network EVER! And it's gonna stay like that. The thing has changed my life and gave me an outlook on society. No other sites are nearly as good. Facebook rocks.
Visit WebsiteYouTube is my life. It taught me to draw, it gave me my humor, I can search up videos that are informative or humorous or both, and it is the reason why I play so many video games. Hell, it even introduced me to one of my favorite video games, Majora's Mask! YouTube is definitely the best social media website of all time.
I go on YouTube daily. You rarely get banned from YouTube unless you upload gore, porn, illegal recipes, or something like that. Sadly, the content is sometimes low quality. But censoring stuff because we don't like it would be removing freedom of speech.
Visit WebsiteHello? How is Instagram ranked 5th? As the years go by, Facebook, Twitter, MySpace, and Tumblr are getting older each day. Facebook constantly has these terrible updates where your privacy gets invaded every day, and nothing is fun anymore. You have to pay money on Facebook (not to get a Facebook, just to have more fun with it). Ew.
Twitter may not try to invade privacy, but it is just as complicated and boring. MySpace? What? Who has that anymore? Nobody says, "Let's go on MySpace tomorrow and chat," or "Check my MyPage tomorrow, okay?"
Tumblr? It's just a complicated mess, and without any followers, you have no fun. It's easier to get followers on Instagram, and it is very simple and fun to use. Instagram is the new king!
Thank goodness Elon Musk has bought out Twitter, now X. We all know Twitter was formerly a censorship and propaganda outlet for the corrupt left-wing political establishment.
A site where you can follow your friends and your favorite celebrities? And a site where you can get updates every time a celebrity tweets (if you want it to)? COUNT ME IN! Twitter is the site to use.
It is almost the same as Facebook, but it is used by fewer people than Facebook. This is why it comes in 4th place, but it is still a great place to meet people and share nice moments with friends.
I love Snapchat. It's a great way to send pictures to your friends without them having a chance to keep them forever and tease you with them.
I love Snapchat. It's so easy to be private and send pics. I also love the stories concept.
Tumblr has a lot more depth and diversity than any social media. You can share quotes, pictures, videos, text posts, and chats. I personally believe that there are two sides to Tumblr: Hipster and Fandom. They're kind of like sisters.
Hipster wakes up at 5 A.M. to take candid shots of nature, and Fandom is putting away her midnight snacks. Without one side, Tumblr wouldn't work. It appeals to everything and everyone, even if you're not that into blogging. That's why they invented reblogging.
By far the deepest and most meaningful of all social media. Facebook is too old nowadays, while Instagram is for people who do not know how to waste their time and just copy/paste quotes from Tumblr.
Tumblr is much more interesting than all the others, so accept it, Facebook and Instagram users. You all want to be like Tumblr users, but will never accomplish it.
This is kind of a social network site. Maybe not in the most traditional sense, but it is dedicated to people who just want to get their opinion out there about stuff they love and see how their opinions stand up against the public's opinions.
It is possible to comment without any account. It is also very democratic in a good way. The only downside is that sometimes not everything exists.
TheTopTens is fun. I always searched everywhere.
Launched in 2004, Passions Network is an online dating social network comprised of a huge number of unique communities, allowing members to find others who share their 'passions' in life.
Can't be creative with Facebook.
Good and beautiful stuff collected from the web.
Pinterest deserves to be way higher!
Ok, I've never actually looked at it, but I know what it is. It's pretty cool.
I have been a redditor for, what, 2 years? It is the best thing ever. Better than many other social media platforms, Reddit has many subreddits. You don't need a premium account, and most subreddits allow anyone to post.
Reddit is one of those social media sites where you can really choose what you need to do with it. If you want to become a mindless Internet zombie (the kind you find on Twitter), that's an easy trap to slip into on this site, and yet it's the best forum site ever created.
I use it personally to be a nerd about things that I can't be a nerd about anywhere else, and mainly for productive things. It's one of those hit-or-miss sites that hit so hard every other forum site was jolted farther away when it did.
I'm kind of glad it's not the most popular thing. It's nice having a good, tightly knit community.
I post most of my art on DeviantArt. It's a really fun social media platform, and the greatest thing is, you can be as involved as you like. Unlike many other social media platforms, you can just post occasionally for everyone to see something you're really proud of or be on there every day doing something you like.
DeviantART is by far the best! Whatever your interests, there is art, and you can post whatever you want!
MySpace and Multiply are better than Friendster. Friendster lacks video and mp3 uploads, which the two websites have. Also, the Multiply site design is more appealing than Friendster. It has more tutorial websites for Multiply. You can also change the entire site on Multiply.
If you are a premium member, the ads will disappear, and you can put anything you want there, plus lots of benefits like 20-minute video uploads. The only bad thing about Multiply is you can't use JavaScript, download mp3 files (except if you're the owner), and video files (for premium members only).
