Best Songs from Poets of the Fall's Carnival of Rust Album
While this album really has no bad songs, I do believe that some are better than others.
This song is amazing in every way, the vocalist is amazing and the swap between the extremely light feeling to the heavy chorus is perfectly executed.
A much heavier song than usual, but it is extremely powerful and catchy, with a chorus that I find impossible to not sing along to.
Out of all the songs on this album, this one feels most like a Poets of the Fall song. I don't know what it is about it, it just perfectly represents their general sound.
I feel that if Locking Up the Sun didn't exist, I would rate this song much higher, but to me, it just sounds like a watered down version of it, so I must say that I is one of the least amazing songs on the album.
How is this song so underrated? Genuinely my favorite PotF song, tied with Roses and Diamonds for Tears.
While I find Locking Up The Sun to be catchy, this is easily the most catchy of all, I had this song stuck in my head for days.
The riffs are great, and I love the buildup into the chorus, with the loud guitar chords.

The serenity of this song is what makes it so good, as the soft guitar work gracefully adds even more emotion to the song. The ending to this song is also magical.
