Top Ten Top Ten Worst Episodes of the Big Bang Theory

The once brilliant show is, sadly, on its last legs, and it's sad to see it pushing its last ounces of strength into poor plots in recent times. Hence these jokes of episodes. It seems there's little reason to get so excited about the show now. But hey, there's always Brooklyn Nine-nine.
The Top Ten
1 The Monster Isolation

Unfunny, uninteresting, unintelligent, nothing like what the show used to be.

This one win by a huge amount I think I'll watch it

2 The First Pitch Insufficiency

I get second-hand embarrassment really easily. Oh my goodness this was purely painful to watch! Some ending...

Near the opening to season eight, and just when you thought your hope was restored.

3 The Pulled Groin Extrapolation
4 The Hesitation Ramification

The funniest part is to think that this was the successor to the last properly good episode. Except for The Misinterpretation Agitation.

5 The Locomotion Interruption
6 The Mommy Observation

Truly, an episode with wasted potential. There was a lot of room for a funny plot, but it was expended on the dull interlude.

7 The Focus Attenuation
8 The Workplace Proximity

Maybe I've personally seen this one too frequently, but that doesn't change the fact that it's considerably tedious to begin with.

9 The Fish Guts Displacement
10 The Leftover Thermalization

They episode is so awful in every single way that the fact that Chuck Lorre would let this happen to his characters it insult to ponder! Let me explain my very well justified rage and why this deserves to be number one! The way this episode was advertised, it was to be the big loving sent up to Howard's mother (and Carol Ann Susi) and that all well and good, but when you actually see the episode it turn out really about an ego war between Sheldon and Leonard! In the episode, a science magazine released a review of Leonard and Sheldon's paper but didn't mention Leonard! Sheldon make a honest attempt to make Leonard feel better but Leonard only gets mad at Sheldon, so Sheldon calls the magazine and is forced to inform Leonard that the magazine chose only to mention the lead author and, despite Leonard being the lead author, they said that it's Sheldon because he is more renown than Leonard, and that renown is the only reason they mentioned the paper at all. Leonard gets even madder at ...more

The Contenders
11 The Matrimonial Momentum

This episode is just depressing. I felt so bad for Sheldon watching this.

Crazy break up

12 The Commitment Determination

This and The Matrimonial Momentum are the absolute lowest point of the show, a unique, horrible 40-minutes-long episode. Both main stories (Sheldon-Amy and Leonard-Penny) are cheesy and pointless, just to try to make the show serious and tearjerker in an embarassing way. Luckily, no further episodes (up to season 11) are this bad.
PS: I voted this because it is lower on the list than The Matrimonial Momentum, but actually my vote goes to both.

13 The Shiny Trinket Maneuver

Anything with Shamy automatically goes to the top of my best lists. Really, the tiara scene was so cute! Ahh they're so cute! SHELDON AND AMY FOREVER!

People love this episode, and they love it just for one scene, which, to me, really wasn't all that special.

14 The Bath Item Gift Hypothesis
15 The Killer Robot Instability

Is it because of penny being mean to Howard

16 The Weekend Vortex

Explaining the plot would make it sound like a kid's show.

17 The Dead Hooker Juxtaposition
18 Pilot
19 The Champagne Reflection
20 The Table Polarization

Stupid plot unfunny chuck Lorre had made various good and funny episodes of the Big Bang theory what happened there it stupid and unfunny and it not funny all all

I wonder if this is the one that Chuck Lorre was referencing as the worst of the episodes...

21 The Itchy Brain Simulation

Leonard gets tortured for being at no fault of his own, and Sheldon doesn't even get punished in the end for the way he treated him.

22 The Citation Negation
