Top 10 White People Who Have Been Successful at Black Dominated Things

Can you think of any more white people who have been successful in fields which are or were dominated mostly by blacks?

I just want to make it clear that this list is not set out to offend or degrade black people.
The Top Ten
1 Eminem - Hip-Hop/Rap Eminem, born Marshall Bruce Mathers III, is an American rapper, actor and music producer born on October 17, 1972 in St. Joseph, Missouri. Eminem has sold over 300 million records making him the bestselling hip-hop artist of all time. In addition to his solo career, he is a member of D12 and (with Royce da 5'9") half of the hip-hop duo Bad Meets Evil. Rolling Stone ranked him 83rd on its list of 100 Greatest Artists of All Time, calling him the King of Hip Hop. Including his work with D12 and Bad Meets Evil, Eminem has had ten number-one albums on the Billboard 200 and 5 number-one singles on the Billboard Hot 100, and 13 worldwide.

Before Emimem the two biggest and still two of the biggest rappers were Tupac and Biggie. After these three artists there is a long reign of other rappers who'll be found before another white guy pops up.

The rest of the top 15 on the best rappers list is all black so yes.

He's far better than Tupac & Biggie

2 Frank Sinatra - Jazz Francis Albert "Frank" Sinatra (December 12, 1915 – May 14, 1998) was an American singer, actor, and producer who was one of the most popular and influential musical artists of the 20th century. He is one of the best-selling music artists of all time, having sold more than 150 million records worldwide.

I realize that Frank Sinatra's music was not purely Jazz but I believe he is still deserving of this position.

He really did become the greatest male Jazz artist didn't he? He's just amazing. Always will be.

3 Larry Bird - Basketball Larry Joe Bird is an American retired professional basketball player who played for the Boston Celtics of the National Basketball Association. Bird is a 3x champ, 1x ROTY, 1x Finals MVP, 3x 3PT Contest winner, all with the Boston Celtics. (1979-1992)

Bird was one of the greatest players during his reign and probably the most favourited white NBA player.

4 Tom Brady - American Football Thomas Edward Patrick Brady, Jr., is a retired American football quarterback for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers of the National Football League. Brady is known for being the only quarterback in history to win 7 Super Bowls, and was often considered one of the best quarterbacks of all time. Brady was also frequently considered to be the biggest steal in NFL history as a late 6th round pick. He had previously played for the New England Patriots from 2000 to 2019.

Overall solid choices for the subject, but blacks have never dominated the quarterback position in American football, and several other white quarterbacks have been arguably as good or better than Brady.

He sucks now but geez was he good back then

5 Amy Winehouse - Soul Amy Jade Winehouse was an English singer and songwriter known for her deep expressive contralto vocals and her eclectic mix of musical genres, including soul, rhythm and blues, and jazz. She is also a well-known member of the 27 Club, as she overdosed on alcohol at age 27.
6 Jerry West - Basketball Jerry Alan West is an American retired basketball player who played his entire professional career for the Los Angeles Lakers of the National Basketball Association.

What more needs to be said apart from the fact that he is the NBA logo?

7 Elvis Presley - Rock n' Roll Elvis Aaron Presley (January 8, 1935 – August 16, 1977) was an American singer and actor. Dubbed the "King of Rock and Roll", he is regarded as one of the most significant cultural icons of the 20th century. His energized interpretations of songs and sexually provocative performance style, combined with a singularly potent mix of influences across color lines during a transformative era in race relations, led him to both great success and initial controversy. ...read more.

To clarify, this is Elvis as compared to other artists of 'early' Rock n' Roll which were commonly black.

8 Christophe Lemaitre - Sprinting

I believe that sprinting is the most black represented and dominated sport of today. Christophe Lemaitre did exceptionally well during his sprinting career.

9 Justin Timberlake - R&B Music Justin Randall Timberlake is an American singer-songwriter, actor, dancer, and record producer. Born and raised in Tennessee, he appeared on the television shows Star Search and The All-New Mickey Mouse Club as a child.

The interesting thing about R&B is that it is still a genre with rarely popular white artists. R&B is a defining genre of Justin Timberlake who has come to be an icon of modern day music.

10 John Stockton - Basketball John Houston Stockton is an American retired professional basketball player. He spent his entire professional playing career as a point guard for the Utah Jazz of the National Basketball Association, from 1984 to 2003. Stockton is regarded as one of the best point guards of all time, holding the NBA records for most career assists and steals by considerable margins.

Along with Bird and West, Stockton is regarded as one of the greatest ever white basketball players. As every NBA fan should know.
