Worst Moments in Music Chart History

Not just Billboard chart history fyi. Includes year-end moments too.
The Top Ten
1 6ix9ine had his debut hit reach the Top 20 in the Hot 100
2 Flo Rida’s “Whistle” hits #1 on the Hot 100
3 “Marvin Gaye” by Charlie Puth hit #1 in the UK
4 “Freaky Friday” by Lil Dicky reached #1 in the UK
5 “Body Like A Back Road” by Sam Hunt became one of the biggest hits of 2017 in America

The sad thing is it was the only song of the top 10 per year that didn’t peak in the top 5 of the 2010s (say you won’t let go is in place of my year defining song elimination game as number 10 despite peaking 11th but that’s because Closer made it twice, I had to cheat it in).

6 “Gucci Gang” by Lil Pump hits the Top 3 in the Billboard Hot 100
7 “Blurred Lines” by Robin Thicke becomes the biggest worldwide hit of 2013
8 “Tunnel Vision” by Kodak Black hits #6 in the Billboard Hot 100
9 “Look What You Made Me Do” by Taylor Swift hits #1 in America as well as the UK

In the later it is also her only number one of everything she has released...

10 "Scorpion" by Drake debuts 22 new songs in the Top 60 of the HOT 100 (Week of July 14, 2018,) killing off numerous hits

Oh no this album is garbage. In My Feelings is the worst song I've heard on the radio in a long time.

And he broke a record held by The Beatles for most songs in the top 10 at once. Disgraceful.

The Contenders
11 "Fefe" by 6ix9ine hits the top 3 in the US
12 “Trollz” by 6ix9ine and Nicki Minaj hits #1 on the Hot 100 and free falls out of the Top 30 the following week
13 The Chipmunk Song hits #1.

I honestly think this song is way more annoying than Baby Shark this was one of the first number one hits on the Billboard Hot 100.

14 “Wiggle” by Jason Derulo hits the Top 40 in Billboard’s Year-End in 2014
15 "In My Feelings" by Drake hits #1 on the Hot 100

I don't even consider that a song, or even noise for that matter, but rather a racket. And it's been there for 6 weeks now.

16 "Baby Shark" debuts at #32 on the Hot 100

This is absolutely trash. If this makes the year end chart, I'm gonna... uh... um... (inserts something bad here).

17 "Sexy and I Know It" hits #1 on the Hot 100
18 "Bodak Yellow" hits #1 on the hot 100
19 "All About that Bass" by Meghan Trainor hits number one in the UK
20 "Perfect" by Ed Sheeran hits number 1 in the UK

I really don't know why I added this for one this song was a number one hit in the US as well so it doesn't make as much sense to specifically highlight the UK also I don't think this song is that bad anyway.

21 "Shape of You" becomes the number one hit of 2017 in the US
22 Shape of You has sold 41.5 million copies in 2017 and 2018
23 Mood by 24kGoldn hits #1 in the U.S.
