Please, add yours.
The Top Ten
ABBA were a Swedish pop group formed in Stockholm in 1972 by members Agnetha Fältskog, Björn Ulvaeus, Benny Andersson, and Anni-Frid Lyngstad.
@Britgirl - as I said in the list description my original remix doesn't contain only my guilty pleasures. But I appreciated ABBA music when I heard several metal covers - ABBA music is pop but it's very well writen. My list "Top 10 Metal Covers of Abba Songs" proves that many metal musicians like ABBA, too.
Also Royal Philharmonic Orchestra (London) and Sydney Symphony Orchestra, who played ABBA songs at tribute shows. ABBA music goes well with metal and classical because most of the ABBA songs are written in a way that resembles classical music. Metal music is also based on classical, so this is why metal covers sound good when done well. - Metal_Treasure
