Top 10 Best Regular Show Episodes
So you're sitting there, maybe rewatching Regular Show for the fourth time. One minute you're laughing at Mordecai and Rigby slacking off on the job, the next you're watching a totally bonkers showdown between evil geese or an intergalactic wrestling match, and you're like, "How is this even the same show?"
That's the beauty of Regular Show. It never stuck to just one vibe. It could be goofy, weird, epic, emotional, and all-out ridiculous all in one episode.
But let's be real, not every episode is created equal. Some are absolute bangers that fans still quote and reference years later. Others? Not so much.
Scroll through, cast your votes, and help settle the eternal question: Which Regular Show episodes truly go hard?
-
This Is My Jam
Mordecai and Rigby become obsessed with an old cassette tape featuring a cheesy 80s song. Their obsession spirals out of control as the tape takes on a life of its own.
It's summertime, and you know what that means. Gonna head out to the beach, gonna do some beachy things. It's summertime, feels just right. Gonna gather all my friends, and we'll party through the night.
Summertime love, I'm lovin' the summertime. It's summertime, and I just can't wait. Gonna call you on the phone, gonna take you on a date. It's summertime, and I hope you like steak. Gonna take you to a restaurant and order a filet!
This episode is quite hilarious, especially the Summertime Song villain. Even better is how Mordecai and the gang decided to fight Summertime with Aww Snap!
Aww, snap! Aww, snap! Come to the macaroni party, then we'll take a nap! It's a shame how the Summertime Song's guitar holder (while fighting the Aww Snap song literally) didn't appear in Exit 9B.

Exit 9B
Past villains team up to destroy the park, forcing Mordecai and Rigby to rally the crew to save it. A massive showdown ensues as they attempt to stop the park from being erased.
Exit 9B is awesome! It has an epic battle with all the good guys and the bad guys fighting. The best part was when all of the bad guys ever from Regular Show came out of the portal. It was so funny when GBF Junior held up the photo with him with a butt for a face.
This episode is okay. It's definitely not up to the Regular Show classics like "Just Set Up the Chairs," "Free Cake," "Do Me a Solid," and "First Day," but the battle with all the bad guys that have ever been in the whole series is pretty awesome!
This was probably the most epic episode ever. How is it fifteenth? It should at least be in the top 5. In fact, it should be number 1. My mom was so stupid. I mean, like, seriously.
-
Just Set Up the Chairs
Mordecai and Rigby are assigned a simple task of setting up chairs for a party. Their laziness leads to a series of unexpected and chaotic events.
This episode was TOO epic!
They find a new game, play it like normal people, and BAM! They have to fight the other video character. I love how it was really funny too!
Number 2? This episode should be number 1! "This is My Jam" is good, but not as funny as "Just Set Up the Chairs"! Jeez, Top Tens! Show some respect for the best Regular Show episode!
It's funny how I was thinking, What a stupid episode, they just set up chairs. I was going to turn it off until I saw that they found that video game. I liked it, especially the cool part where the monster comes out of the video game, and they fight it together.
The kids at the end start cheering about how cool that was.
-
The Power
Rigby finds a magical keyboard that grants wishes, which he and Mordecai use irresponsibly. Their misuse of the device causes reality to unravel.
The sending Skips to the moon part was hilarious! I knew from the moment I saw it this show was going to be awesome, and now it's been my favorite show ever since it came out.
The best one yet. A bunch of baby ducks, send them to the moon. If they have a mom, send their mom to the moon!
A bunch of baby ducks, send them to the moon! Soda machine that doesn't work, send it to the moon!
-
The Thanksgiving Special
The duo ruins the park's Thanksgiving dinner and must find a replacement meal to save the holiday. They enter a songwriting contest to win a rare Turducken from a wealthy businessman. The competition turns into an action-packed heist to secure the ultimate bird.
Mordecai and Rigby did "the worst thing ever," and they went to fix that. I never saw these two fix their mistakes like they did. Mordecai and Rigby did something special by going to the concert and trying to win the Turdunkin. I loved the part when Benson whispered, "I forgive you."
I was also impressed when the people that Benson, High 5, Skips, Pops, and Muscle Man fought before worked together to help Mordecai and Rigby. That's amazing. At first, Mordecai and Rigby's singing wasn't the greatest, but later on, they had great voices. To be honest, this is by far the best Regular Show episode to date.
Good story and plot. Like a good comedy movie. It had many hilarious scenes, like foam football, and beautiful scenes like "What are you thankful for!"
-
Ello Gov'nor
Rigby watches a horror movie featuring a haunted British taxi that comes to life. He starts to believe the car is following him in real life.
Mordecai and Rigby watch a movie about a ghost who haunts people and says Ello Gov'nor. Rigby then gets paranoid and has nightmares. Turns out Rigby had a right reason to be paranoid...
It's lit at the night show. Also, cricket is the best sport ever. Love from India.
Rigby is too cowardly for the British taxi.
-
Rage Against the TV
The television breaks just as Mordecai and Rigby are about to defeat an impossibly difficult video game boss. Their attempt to hook up a replacement TV accidentally brings the digital boss, The Hammer, into the real world. The entire park crew must work together to defeat the pixelated villain using furniture.
My stepson would always watch this show, and I didn't really pay attention. This was the episode when I gave it a chance. I laughed so hard my eyes were watering! Then it became one of my favorite shows to watch with him.
Yo, Muscle Man! My boss found out I gave you that free TV, and he fired me. Is it cool if I crash here for a few days?
What the...
AA *Gets pwned by the Hammer*
-
Grilled Cheese Deluxe
Mordecai and Rigby accidentally eat Benson's favorite sandwich and must replace it before he finds out. To skip the long line at the restaurant, they pretend to be astronauts. Their lie causes dangerous antimatter complications that threaten to destroy the establishment.
They play the song Lies in this episode.
-
Meat Your Maker
Rigby accidentally burns the premium hot dogs intended for the park barbecue, forcing the duo to search the meat locker for replacements. They discover sentient hot dogs who agree to help but actually plan to eat the park staff. The situation escalates into a battle for survival against the vengeful processed meats.
How would this be TV-14 all because Mordecai said, "You pissed me off." He just said it once, and that's totally it! Also, I like this episode because of those hot dogs, and Tim Curry is in this episode.
This episode was great! They said pissed off like fourteen times, and it was still rated PG. That's why I love Cartoon Network. Other than that, it was a really great episode.
The very first episode I saw. It was hilarious, especially with the slight swearing.
-
My Mom
Benson forces Mordecai and Rigby to work under Muscle Man's supervision for the day. They struggle to endure his endless stream of "my mom" jokes without losing their temper. The tension leads to a confrontation involving Muscle Man's brother and a very intense lesson in respect.
You know who else likes this episode? MY MOM! You know who else thinks this should be higher on the list? MY MOM! You know who else thinks this episode is timeless? MY MOM! You know who else read this comment? MY MOM! Okay, you get the picture. You know who else gets the picture?
Man, this episode was something else. Muscle Man was so hilarious the entire episode, and Rigby was too funny.
I like it when Muscle Man keeps saying, MY MOM!

The Finale
The park crew engages in a universe-spanning battle against Anti-Pops to prevent the destruction of existence. Pops makes the ultimate sacrifice to end the cycle of conflict and save his friends. The series concludes with an emotional look at the crew's lives returning to normal on Earth.
The bittersweet ending was very memorable and left a strong emotional impact on the viewer.

Win That Prize
Mordecai and Rigby get trapped on a game show set and must win to escape. The challenges become increasingly dangerous as the show turns sinister.
This episode is so confusing but awesome.
-
First Day
Mordecai and Rigby play a game of Rock, Paper, Scissors to decide who gets an armchair. The game results in a seemingly endless series of ties that eventually summons a dimension-destroying monster. This extended pilot sets the tone for the surreal chaos that defines the series.
The visuals in this episode were very different, almost like it was the first episode.
-
Jinx
Mordecai jinxes Rigby, preventing him from speaking until someone says his name three times. Rigby attempts a risky ritual in the bathroom mirror to break the silence himself. His actions summon a terrifying monster that hunts down the park employees.
Jinx was a funny episode, especially when he wrote Skips a note. It was also funny acting to Pops. This episode was enjoyable for me, and it is my fifth favorite season 2 episode.
I think it was alright. It was funny how Mordecai punched Rigby and continuously punched him!
-
Brain Eraser
Mordecai accidentally sees Pops naked and tries various methods to erase the memory. His attempts escalate as he becomes increasingly desperate to forget what he saw.
Planet Chaser Starlight Excellent! I am a chef and work 80+ hours a week. When I do have time to spend with my son, all we do is watch the Regular Show. I tell my son about working hard and how I "had" a cook that just "planet chased, all day every day." "I watch it all day every day."
Brain Eraser was awesome! I mean, going into someone's mind through TV?! That's awesome. I like how you can also basically create your own world using your mind! It was very unique and also has a taste of anime in it.
I heard that this episode made it to Cartoon Network's censored episodes and was only aired once. I was able to catch up with this episode. It was OK.
-
Peeps
The park installs a surveillance system called Peeps to monitor employee behavior. Mordecai and Rigby try to outsmart the system when it invades their privacy.
It's because of that giant eye, isn't it?
Peeps was one of the best. Why 18th?
-
A Bunch of Baby Ducks
Mordecai and Rigby find a group of ducklings and decide to care for them. The situation escalates when a villain tries to take the ducks for his own purpose.
This episode is awesome. I love when the snake approaches the ducks, and they just beat the hell out of the snake. I couldn't stop laughing. This episode is probably in my top three.
It was totally badass to form that giant duck man and flame chop that pig-nosed duck hunter. Then KABOOM!
The scene when the baby ducks karate-chop the animal shelter's animals was hilarious!
-
A Bunch of Full Grown Geese
The park is overrun by aggressive geese that threaten the crew. Mordecai and Rigby take action to remove them using unconventional tactics.
Darn geese, always punching everything in sight. The transformation scene was my favorite part.
I agree, this is my top three episode. I love it.
-
Karaoke Video
A video of Mordecai and Rigby singing karaoke goes viral, embarrassing them. They try to remove all evidence of the video before others see it.
This was hilarious. Regular Show jumped the shark tank after season three, much like SpongeBob.
Why is this so low? This was awesome! Much better than "My Mom." You know who else agrees?
-
The Night Owl
Mordecai and Rigby enter a radio contest to win a truck by staying up all night. The competition takes a bizarre turn as the radio DJ plays increasingly strange games.
I love the music in this one. I didn't even watch the full episode my first time, but the second half made me think I was watching the first Regular Show movie. Great soundtrack.
This episode is awesome. It's not my favorite but one of my favorites. I like the villain in this episode, and the music just makes the episode more epic. It's definitely one worth watching.
Top ten reasons why this is the best episode ever:
1. Epic villain
2. Time travel
3. Competition
4. Cool cars
5. Car crashes
6. Cool robots
7. The guys are on display
8. The first time the four are friends
9. Great music
10. Stalking and isolation
-
Don
Rigby's successful younger brother Don visits the park, causing Rigby to feel insecure. The tension between the brothers affects everyone at the park.
Really epic, and this is weird. They do not take your stuff that way.
-
Over the Top
Skips accidentally kills Rigby in an arm wrestling match and enters a supernatural competition to bring him back. He must face off against Death to win Rigby's soul.
Definitely the most in-depth look into Skips we've ever seen, aside from when he reveals his past. Great climax, and we finally get to see Skips' potential, like how we see Muscle Man and Starla when they go on a rampage.
This episode was pretty good. It's a shame CN UK had to butcher the heck out of it to make it air. It is because it changed the entire plot.
-
High Score
Mordecai and Rigby attempt to beat a high score on an old arcade game. Their rivalry with a mysterious gamer escalates into a battle inside the game.
This episode brings new meaning to head explosion.
If you have seen all the episodes of Regular Show, then you would know that this is the best episode by far.
-
Mordecai and the Rigbys
Rigby creates a fake band to get out of work, which somehow becomes real. Mordecai and Rigby must perform to avoid being exposed as frauds.
I loved the song Mordecai and Rigby sang. This is a great plot. Mordecai and Rigby meet their future selves, and it's awesome. Plus, it includes Pops in a cameo, who is one of my favorite characters.
This is the best episode ever. I learned the song on guitar, solo and all. Best episode ever.
Mordecai and the Rigbys is the amazing season one finale. It, like all great Regular Show episodes, is full of catchy singing, amazing writing, and much more.
-
The Christmas Special
A powerful present falls into the wrong hands, threatening Christmas for everyone. Mordecai and Rigby work with Santa to stop an evil plot.
This is by far the best episode. The only other episodes even close to being this good are Sugar Rush and Family BBQ.
-
A Regular Epic Final Battle
Pops confronts his cosmic brother Malum Kranus in a final duel to save the universe. The battle spans multiple dimensions and decides the fate of all reality.
-
But I Have a Receipt
This episode was hilarious, especially the end when they think they killed the guy, but in reality they just stabbed him with a ruler.
