   Ragyou Kiryuin's actions are reprehensible. She mistreats her eldest daughter and attempts to sacrifice her younger daughter for clothes. Moreover, she tries to kill both of them without any remorse. She shows no concern for her children and only had them to use as test subjects.

   As soon as the phrase "sexually abused their kid" shows up in someone's list of sins, they go right to the top of the "bad parents" list.

   She sexually abused all her kids, physically abused them, and literally threw Ryuko in the trash! Easily the worst parent I've ever seen in anime.

2. Keiko Sakai - Kodocha

   She abandoned Sana right after she was born before being found by Masako. Even though she regrets her decision, there's still nothing right about abandoning a newborn child. I didn't blame Masako one bit for slapping her.

3. Reiko Mukogawa - I My Me! Strawberry Eggs

   Even though it's never mentioned in the anime, she does have a daughter from a failed marriage. Her hatred for men sets a really bad example for her daughter.

4. Chi-Chi - Dragon Ball Z

   

   She yells constantly, forces Gohan to study all the time, and never lets him hang out with the other Z warriors.

5. Medusa Gorgon - Soul Eater

   

   Tortured her son (or daughter, as the gender is never confirmed) by performing various experiments on him, such as replacing his blood with black blood. She locks him up in a dark room if he doesn't kill for her. She lets the demon sword weapon inside of him bully and beat him up. She only cares about Crona for her convenience, such as to spy on the DWMA.

   Bottom line, she dissects her son so he can become the perfect monster to drive the world into madness.

   Cordelia, in my opinion, deserved her fate. (Apologies for the spoilers, but it was inevitable.) She had an inappropriate relationship with her son Laito. She also physically and mentally abused Ayato, and forced Kanato to sing for her.

   I was extremely upset when she possessed Yui. (Yes, I felt sympathy for Yui, which is a rare occurrence.) However, I commend the boys for their actions.

   Cordelia constantly abuses her triplets - mentally, physically, and sexually. She made one of her children, Kanato, sing for her until his vocal cords literally bled. She never thinks that her son, Ayato, is "good enough" and would beat him, even when he's trying to impress her. She raped her other son, Laito, just to gain her husband's attention. I really don't know

    Well, this will include spoilers for Magi.

    Ren Gyokuen is the wife of the first king of the Kou Empire. She had four children with him: Hakuyuu Ren, Hakuren Ren, Hakuei Ren, and Hakuryuu Ren. When we first see her, she is tending to a crying Hakuryuu.

    When Hakuryuu was six, he was caught in a massive fire caused by enemies revolting against his father. This fire killed his father and his two older brothers, but not before Hakuyuu revealed it was their own mother who set it up.

    Initially, she was possessed by Arba after the birth of her first two sons, Hakuyuu and Hakuren. However, she also gave birth to Hakuei and Hakuryuu, so she does technically count as their mother even if she was possessed. She has no remorse, no pity, and doesn't care about Hakuryuu and his older sister, Hakuei. She didn't even deny it when Hakuryuu asked if she truly set the fire.

    Later in the series, she kissed Hakuryuu on the mouth just to stab him and said, "Do you really hate me that much?"

    Hakuryuu's hatred for his mother goes so deep that when Umm used the Holy Mother Halo Fan to trick him into thinking she was his mother, he still killed her. At the docks, when Umm was being beaten by civilians, Hakuryuu seemingly grabbed one of the swords from the guards and stopped them. While Umm praised Hakuryuu, he smiled and sliced her in half in front of all the children she had put under the spell.

    He said later that he remembered his goal was to kill the witch of Al-Thamen, his mother, and take over the Kou Ren Empire. Because of Ren Gyokuen's actions, Hakuryuu has formed a slight obsession with killing her. Hakuryuu is what you call a Prince Corrupted by Hatred.
