Sebastian possesses qualities I have never been able to find in other characters. I may not even have the words to adequately explain him. The best I can do is to point out his impeccable posture, well-kept face, beautiful hair, and entrancing eyes.
His hotness, sexiness, and true beauty also come from within. Is it cliché? Perhaps, but clichés often hold truth. Many people first notice that he is under contract. But if he weren't a caring being, he wouldn't have done half the things he has for the people he's encountered.
I understand that people have different tastes when it comes to characters. But in my opinion, if you don't appreciate what's inside someone, you have no taste at all. If you also pay attention to the fact that he is a demon, then compare him to the demon butler Claude from season two. Observe the difference in how they treat their masters. Gray is my soulmate. I know it sounds insane, because I'm a 16-year-old and, if he were real, he'd be 18, but I feel that if we met, I'd fall in love with him. To some, Inuyasha is the reason they started to like anime. (I watched it on Adult Swim on Cartoon Network years ago.) And Sesshomaru is the hottest antihero there is! Cold and calculating, this demon hates humans.
But it's such a shock when he took in a small girl. It proves that he has a sweet side too! His armor looks badass, and I love white hair with golden eyes on a guy. So, what's not to like? To my first anime love, Fluffy-sama!

Let's just start by saying that this man makes me throb every time he appears on the screen while watching Inuyasha. When I say that he could kill me with his brother's Tetsusaiga and bring me back with the Tenseiga, I mean it. He might be a cold bastard who can catch feelings for a human, but have you seen him?
He is also the strongest demon. He's so powerful and so cute. Like, take me to hell just to be with him! I love Inuyasha, but Sesshomaru is just a whole snack, meal, masterpiece. Ichigo is just too awesome. He always cares for his friends and helps them whenever they are in danger. I haven't watched Bleach in forever, but Ichigo was kind of a husbando for me until I found out what Ichiruki was. Anyway, he's protective and charming, which is something I look for in a guy. Not to mention, he's probably the perfect guy to cheer you up if you're ever down in the dumps.
He would probably make you laugh your head off with some story about some stupid mess Renji had gotten him into, meanwhile making you forget about whatever was bothering you.

Kakashi is definitely THE hottest anime guy EVER. I'm not just talking about his breathtaking physical appearance. It's more than that. Everything about Kakashi is hot: his looks, his voice, the way he carries himself, the way he fights, his sense of humor, and most of all, his personality. Naruto was my favorite manga/anime series for a very long time, thanks to Kakashi alone. Kishimoto-sensei deserves an award for creating a man like Kakashi.

Are you serious? Yes, he seems to be the bad guy from the start, but when I learned the truth, my heart just shattered. He killed his whole clan, yes, but he did it for his brother. HIS BROTHER, FOR GOD'S SAKE! He always "picked" on his brother so that he could have a goal to surpass Itachi and actually be better. He has the most perfect sense of brotherly love. He, for real, shouldn't be this low. He is better than Sasuke at everything. I don't know anyone who would do everything for a brother just for him to grow up the way Sasuke did. OK, fine, he did kill his whole clan, but he did make up for it.

If being a shinobi who wiped out his whole clan (and entered the ANBU at an extremely young age) and still takes the time to indirectly take care of his little brother doesn't explain Itachi, I don't know what can. Physical appearance-wise, he is beyond gorgeous. And when it comes to intelligence, no one can deny his prodigious abilities.
Then, there's that soft side of him that Sasuke has a hold of. What's there to hate?

Sasuke should be number 1. As the others have mentioned before me, he's so mysterious and sexy. Don't forget he's a bad boy and we all love bad boys.
His powers are so amazing, and the Sharingan is one of the best. It would be awesome to see into the future just like Sasuke and nail your enemy before they get a chance to make their first move.

I definitely think Light Yagami is the hottest and sexiest male anime character ever! Many people may dislike him, but I can't help but admire him. His intelligence makes Light even more attractive.
Yes, Usui is also hot, but sorry, he can't compare to Kira's greatness! This is the first time in my life that I support and like the bad guy. Besides, I actually wanted him to win, so Kira for the win! He deserves to be number 1.

Although I am against Kira's idea of his "new world," Light is just so intelligent that he had me subconsciously rooting for him. In terms of hotness levels, he just wows me. He's amazingly handsome and smart. He is Japan's number 1 student, after all. He's also good at sports and was the national tennis champion. I'm sure he has other talents we're not aware of.
But the thing I like most about Light is that he is the most realistic and relatable character on this list. Unlike the other guys listed here, Light has flaws - flaws that many other people have, minus the God-complex. He tends to be narcissistic, he's admitted to being naive at times, and he's cold, arrogant, and manipulative. This makes him far from perfect. It makes him more human.
Tomoe (Kamisama Kiss)

This came down to a choice between Ed, Lelouch, and Light, but when I really thought about it, I had to go with Ed. He has gold hair, gold eyes, is seriously ripped, and is the best alchemist ever. He has badass double prosthetics, and to top it all off, he's not a complete a******.
One of the things I notice in most anime characters people consider "hot" is that they are almost always either total jerks or complete psychopaths and sociopaths. Ed is kind. He actually cares about his brother and getting them back to normal, as well as helping other people. Not to mention the way he fights, or how good he is with words. Plus, I think it's kind of cute when he freaks out about being called short. He really does deserve to be higher up on here.
Zero Kiryu (Vampire Knight)

Zero isn't just amazingly hot. He's a selfless man every girl probably hopes for. He helped raise Ai, the child of Kaname and his love Yuki. He didn't even make a fuss at her carrying Kaname's child. He died saving Yuki, who was pregnant with Zero's unborn son Ren, willing to die if it meant his child and love got to live.
He also hugged his dying brother, even though his brother had hated him and caused him to become a vampire. He wanted to fulfill his dying twin's wish, showing he still loved his little brother despite all Ichiru had put Zero through.
He even keeps an eye on Maria in her patrols for the war in Vampire Knight Memories. Maria was a relative of the vampire that turned him and the girl who had been crushing on Ichiru when Ichiru was still alive. Why did he want to protect Maria? Because of what Maria had meant to his brother.
He was an amazing man, and looking at him makes you a puddle on the ground. He makes you wish there was a real Zero out there. Yuki was so lucky to have him.
Lavi (D.Gray-man)

I personally love him for several reasons: 1) Every time he is told something by Bookman, he calls him an old panda and gets pounded for it. 2) His sweet and funny side. 3) His looks.

Oh my God, he is so hot. He is so funny and has a great personality. And how cool is it to date a guy who can blow things up? Deidara's personality is almost as sexy as his face, and the way he says hmm after everything is irresistible. Hmm, he's sexy.

Everyone in the guild trusts Natsu with their lives because they know that he can do anything. Natsu brings hope to the guild, even if it seems as if nothing will get better. But when Natsu is around, they have hope again. That is why Natsu fights for the sake of his guild, family, and friends. I think Natsu is such a great guy. So, if you have a brain, vote for Natsu to be number one.

This guy is perfect. I mean, come on, he's the son of Satan, but he wants to beat Satan. When he was little, everyone treated him as a demon, but he still pulled through it and grew up to be SO CUTE. He'll risk his life for his friends and his brother, and he's just so adorable. He's both funny and sweet, and I just LOVE HIM. He shouldn't be this far down.

People need to understand that not all of a guy's sexiness comes from the way he looks. Vegeta has, by far, one of the most beautiful character arcs in all of anime. He starts off as an evil Saiyan who sees no value in the life of anyone but himself but becomes so much more when given the chance for forgiveness, a chance he didn't even want.
He went from being an arrogant prince, afraid to die, and slowly changed into a proud husband and father who smiled in the face of death to protect his loved ones. So maybe he is the hottest anime guy out there, but I think he is way too low on this list.

People always focus on his good qualities, but yes, he was evil for a very long time. In the end, he fought his inner demons and emerged as a good person.
Now, I don't hate Goku, but I'm not that big of a fan because Vegeta has gone through so much. Of course he's going to be a jerk. I mean, wouldn't you be if you had to work for the jerk who destroyed your family and home planet?

Jellal and Gray are equally handsome, but Jellal is hotter than Gray. I love his blue hair and how his eyes change colours. One moment it's brown, the next it's green, then golden, and sometimes even blue. His eyes are truly lively and brilliant. Not to mention he's a total badass with great magic powers and awesome spells, along with his kind, mature, intelligent, brave, and sweet personality, which makes people love him.
