4 Motorhead Motorhead Motörhead were an English heavy metal/Hard Rock band formed in June 1975 by bassist, singer, and songwriter Ian Fraser "Lemmy" Kilmister, who was the sole constant member; guitarist and songwriter Larry Wallis; and drummer Lucas Fox. The band's harsh vocals and fast paced tempos helped inspire speed more.

I agree with what the author of this list explained.
Lemmy even said "I am rock and roll, and rock and roll is me. We were not heavy metal. We were a rock 'n' roll band. Still are." - Metal_Treasure

For those who say Motorhead is not Rock N Roll you are very wrong because

1. They say "We Are Motorhead, and we play Rock N Roll
2. Their early albums are for sure Rock n Roll which then evolved into a more Metalish sound
3. They sing about rock n roll and have a album and song called that.

So that's why Motorhead is on my list. - christangrant
