Best Arab Countries to Live In
I live in america. Looking to move there when I get older. The UAE sounds like such a cool place, especially Dubai! Heck, I wouldn't even mind not living in places like Dubai and Abu Dhabi!
Although, I have never been a fan of monarchy.
One of the main reason why I'd like to move is that I really like the landscape and desert regions.
Very luxurious also.
One reason that is kinda discouraging me from moving there is the strict laws, although I'd say they are valid and reasonable laws.
Outstanding country with a peaceful and joyful environment with many entertaining things to do in you're free time. The country is full of astonishing views both natural and man made. Economically one of the best places to live in when there is little to no tax making it easy to reach you're financial goals. The population is very diverse making it a beautiful melting pot with people of different skin colors, languages, and cultures.
I'm not Lebanese, I'm French. What is really special in Lebanon, isn't the nature, the mountains, the sea, the climate, touristic places, skiing and swimming within the same day during some months of the year, nightlife, restaurants, malls, food, extremely pretty girls, etc..., yes Lebanon has all of these but what makes it special is its people and their culture, people are extremely open minded by nature, very well educated, and so, so clever, relatively rich even though they don't have natural resources, most of them speak English and French as good as Arabic, their native language. There is freedom with all its directions and dimensions, socially, politically, economically and religiously. I don't like to talk about religions but Muslims there are very, very open minded and adaptive to others and very different from Muslims of other Arabic countries. In Lebanon, it is so often to see a veiled woman sitting together with her best friend, a woman wearing almost no clothes and see together a group of friends being Muslims, Christians, atheists and agnostics sitting all together in a coffee shop and having a tough religious and social discussion with a high voice without any fear, then happily leaving all together. Very rich and varied civilization, the unique one in the world as I think with this richness and variety. I like this small country, for sure it has to be the number one in the world, not just among Arabic countries, by the way it is a very safe country despite all what happened in it and what we hear about it from time to time, In conclusion, It is an ideal image of what humanity has to be in the future from the point of view of culture, civilization, freedom and adaption to others.
Qatar are first of all Dubai wannabees, FIFA is debating if it should even hold the the 2022 World Cup there and they treat refugees like they're slaves for minimal or almost no pay to build the stadiums. to be honest I don't like Qatar because they have violated some human rights abuses.
Qatar is an extremely wealthy country with no poverty whatsoever and people are the nicest. My grandma is a teacher and she taught a Qatari princess in London because they were there. Apparently she had the best manners ever. So educational.
No tax for employees, you get your salary full. Safest. Well-Educated people and speaks english fluently. Only Arab country which is sustainable esp the economy.
The beaches all around multiple of spots to pick from. Close to the European nations, Open minded people yet very respectful. Businesses booming, a country with no crisis a country that developed and educates its people daily to strive and be as good as the countries that have oil. It shows you don't need all that oil money to strive as a country! People love one another... And if you can't speak Arabic, you can speak French. If you can't speak French, you can speak Spanish. If you can't speak Spanish, you can speak English.
To be honest, if we exclude rich oil Arab countries from the list such as UAE, Qatar and Kuwait, Morocco is by far the best Arab country you can live in.
The feeling you get while living in Morocco is the same feeling you would possible get if living in a south European country like Spain, The country is very Modern is you want to live in big nice cities, while the landscape in the countryside is the best ever.
Company to other Arab countries, No country will come even close in my own opinion.
I live in Kuwait... It is a very fascinating place to live in... It is so damn overdeveloped... It is great... What with Kuwait City and Jahra and all the museums and the Arabs here... It is a very safe place to live in... And like I've been here for 12 years now... And I am 12 years old... Although I am an Indian... I was born and brought up in Kuwait... The police here and the security and all... They're full time on guard... And the beauty and the amazingness of the place is well... Awesome... I wish the reader would come visit this place... It won't disappoint them... And yes... I study in Indian Community School Kuwait which is the largest school in Kuwait. It is one of the best and most organized school in Kuwait... Kuwait had to be in the top ten... I love being a citizen in Kuwait...
Sometimes education are bad in Kuwait because the teachers don't teach well. And sometimes education are good in Kuwait when the teachers teach well in some schools and universities.
I live in Oman and I am an Omani and proud to be one. This country is honestly one of the most beautiful countries I have ever seen in my entire life. I have been to the United Kingdom it is beautiful but I love Oman more. You should really visit this country because it is amazing. In Google, some of you might find terrible pictures of Oman but some of that was years ago. Us Omani people have a ridiculously long history but no wars at all. Nevertheless, I also have been in Malaysia... Yes it is beautiful but not as wonderful as Oman. I have been in Malaysia and UK for four years so that is eight years. I have spent eight years of my life out of my country. We here in Oman have a great Sultan, amazing and gentle people so please visit Oman!...#Come_To_Oman
Oman has grown in popularity in the past few years because of it's rapid development and elegance. Living in Oman is amazing, as the people are very humble, friendly and welcoming. Oman accepts anyone from anywhere, and doesn't judge people based on their culture, religion or nationality. It also has one of the most extraordinary landscapes I have ever seen, and is waiting to be seen by many other people.
Egypt does have problems, there are like speed bumps everywhere, trash everywhere, and some other stuff. Anyways, There are still some good places. For example: Al Sheikh Zayed, It's a city next to another city called 6th of october city. It has really friendly people and really clean streets with the best markets, malls and restaurants! Besides, It has really amazing beaches, and funny people. They have a really good sense of humor. I'm telling the truth, I even live in Egypt!
Definitely one of the most beautiful countries I've ever been to. Warmth and kindness are present everywhere and the people are probably the most generous in the world. Egypt, you deserve the first place, there's no doubt. It just is quite awesome. Sending love to this beautiful country and its beautiful people. You rock!
I'm not saying that it's the best, this is an opinion that everybody has and as an opinion for me: Egypt deserves No. 1
Why you ask? Well it has beautiful views, beautiful places to visit, and of course the pyramids that all the world wants to visit.
And the country isn't expensive, like you can find a 2+1 apartment for $28,000 which is very cheap.
The Kingdom of Bahrain is the best place to live in. you can work and live literally anywhere in the same time as the island is small enough to make it easy to go from top to bottom with only 1 hour!
yes its small but full of attraction and fun activities for individuals and families.
if its not great then why all the crowd visit this island every weekend? Bahrain #1
Bahrain means two seas. It is derived from the salty sea (Arabian Gulf) and the sea of good mannerisms that the people display. If you want the urban life go to Dubai, if you want the spledourous life go to Doha, but if you want the good life, come to Bahrain. No matter your creed or origins, you will be welcome here.
Most freedom in the Middle East, this is like the only country in the Middle East where homosexuality is legal so in my opinion this country is the best in the Middle East.
Algeria is at the cross road of geographical location between Africa and Europe. Hence it has a very rich history that reflects on the style of living of its people. Algerians are open-minded, peaceful, generous and helpful. They, however, do not like to be an opponent or enemy of them, because they can be very tough indeed. As a place Algeria is a nice country with plenty of potentials, pity though, its government is not managing it properly and is wrecking its potential. Intellectually, Algeria can be considered to be one of the best in the Arab world, if not the best. I believe that Algeria, if managed properly, can prosper and become a Makah for visitors.
Algeria is an oil country but very poor with no infrastructure due to the corrupt rulers (ruled by the army). Algeria has no democracy and Algerians use boats to immigrate to Europe. The Algerian education is poorly rated in the world. What is worst is having terrorist groups in their Sahara (Alkaita in North Africa). Better no to visit this country! The Best and safe Arab countries for studying and tourism are "Qatar, Emirates, Morocco, Tunisia, Egypt (sadly not safe now)".
Tunisia has deep history, a crossing of multiply civilisations. It has a diverse geography: snow, forests, mountains, beaches, North African Savana, oasis, Sahara, Salt Lakes, islands etc. Not to forget how educated and friendly are the people there. They are quite open minded and tolerant, probably the most liberal country in the Arab World. Last but not least, they are the pioneer in their region: first to have a constitution, first to abolish slavery, first to liberate women... Also they were the first to start the Arab Spring but unfortunately they are the only one succeeding towards real democracy.
Since nothing is perfect, let's get the inconvenient stuff out of the way first: Tunisia is a third world country. In terms of buildings and infrastructures, you need to set some low standards. The trash is not always picked up. People throw their garbage in the street...
However, that being said, Tunisia is probably one of the best Arab countries to live in! Well to begin with, among all the other Arab countries, Tunisia is the only true Democracy. Furthermore, Tunisians are among the most open-minded people. Even their "right-wing" party would be considered liberal compared to other political parties in the Middle East.
In Tunisia, equality for all and freedom of speech are respected (for the most part). And the people in general tend to be very nice and friendly. Tunisians are definitely more pacifistic than other Arabs, which is probably a result of their education.
Another very important point is the climate: Tunisia has one of the best weathers since it is more of a Mediterranean country than a Desert. Therefore, you will enjoy the blue sky and sunny days most of the time and the weather will be relatively mild. Days that are scorching hot are very rare in Tunisia.
Jordan is with no further doubts the safest Arab Country. This no-resources country has the highest literacy rate in the MENA (Middle East North Africa) region, and the highest researchers per capita in any Islamic country in the world. Education is what nations rise and flourish with, which is why Jordan has the lead among all arab countries in exporting human resources to the United States, Europe and Arab gulf countries. A well known fact that all Jordanians are proud of, and all arab gulf citizens acknowledge; is that their countries were built by the major help of Jordanians, who brought their education, experiences and knowledge into their over 40 years ago. If you come to Jordan, you will never get lost, everyone can speak a very good English! You might be even shocked with some people speaking your language because they studied your language or lived in your country or worked in the field of tourism -which is the main source of compensation to the Jordanian no-resource economy. Jordan has received the highest number of tourists in the Middle East for the last 9 years. Tourists enjoy visiting one of the world seven wonders.. Petra! The Nabatese pink city sculptured in desert golden rocks! Tourists also enjoy the magic of the dead sea, which is connected by a beautiful panoramic road to Jordan's river (the place where Jesus was baptized), up to mount Nibo, which hosts one of the oldest churches in the world. The charm and beauty of the very ancient Roman theatres, Greek remnants and old Arab civilization are all mixed with the modernity, thoughtfulness and calmness of the Jordanians.. all together are just a magical recipe for the best and most beautiful Arab country ever.
Iran is home to one of the world's oldest civilizations, beginning with the formation of the Elamite kingdoms in the fourth millennium BC. The country's rich cultural legacy is reflected... read more
Indeed Iran is nice country with nice people, the leaders my sometimes get harsh though, but overall its not a bad place, but Iran is not an Arab country, and Arabs account for 2% of Iran's population, the biggest and dominant ethnic group is Persian with about 70 to 75 percent of the country. The rest are minorities, and mostly speaking close languages to Persian.
First off all we are persian not arab second you didn't put any factor or option that we can enable to compare countries to each other! For example you can't compare kuwait with iran because iran is so much bigger so we have a lot of culture and etc,
Student: "Plus, the Arab religion doesn't value human life the way we do. I mean, we're the infidel, right? And these Arabs believe if they kill us, they get to go to heaven."
Dana: "They're not Arabs. Iranians aren't Arabs, they're Persians."
People, people, at least watch the Homeland carefully. Iran is NOT an Arab country. Neither Arabs nor Persians don't like it to be part of the other one.
The ever loved country by me is Saudi Arabia for it is the blessed and holly land of the whole Muslims. in fact, I did visit is yet but I hope I will visit it by the Will of My Creator. I, therefore, pray for the peace and development and security of this blessed country forever. May Allah protect it from the enemy and from those who try to spread fasad in it.
It has worse human rights than North Korea. Also you can get killed from not being a Muslim man or woman. Woman's rights are horrible this country is like Syria.
The most beautiful & Holy land on earth.
I'm born here, that's why I love this country. I wish to live my entire life in Saudi Arabia!
Although only 20% of the population, Arabs in Israel are more free than any Arab country.
They have religious freedom the same amount of rights as any other citizen.
You can see Arab women wear modern clothes if they want to (they don't have to if they don't want to unlike some other countries where Muslims are not the majority which make wearing a hijab illegal).
Putting terrorism and the few cases where Jews intentionally killed innocent Arabs (which is in many cases exaggerated from a few cases to thousands...) they generally live in peace with most of them calling themselves Israeli citizens.
It's not an Arab country so it doesn't really fit in the list but many Israeli Arabs rather to live there due to having more rights and freedom than any Arab country.
A great country with diverse and liberal people, one of the only sane places in the middle east where people can be free and have a good quality of life, live by democracy and not be miserable, both Muslims, Christians and Jews. what you see in the media is not always the reality. go visit Israel, you will open up to an amazing experience.
Kebab isn't arab
Turk, not arabic.
The landscape and history of this land is truly astonishing. I can't understand why people have ranked it so low. I truly admire it and it's people. I think that the only country that is comparable to Palestine, is Lebanon.
Never heared about the country.
In 1948 you needed to declare independence instead of being greedy.
It is an awesome and fantastic country.
I love going Djibouti it's my favorite Trip of my holiday!
And there aren't any wars there unlike Somalia, but over all it would be better if they were all ranked the same
Djibouti is an beautiful island!
It was one of the most beautiful arabic countries before the civil war. The people are amazing, gentle and generous. There the culture and the civilization are very high and elegant In Syria you can find every thing... Old cities with old traditions, new cities where you can find everything you want. Syria is one of the most cities in the world that has all religions and all people live there together in pease they are very open-minded and enough intelligent to study a very difficult education and develope themselves while the goverment isn't enough developed. Everything there was just awesome it has a very high and important history. It was a very nice place for tourism and visit.
Most beautiful country in te Middle East the safest and friendliest andfake very good looking people. I could go on about how beautiful this country is
Syria would be much more beautiful than Syria in 2011 if it wasn't for ISIS.
Sudan is a really simple country with very out going and carefree citizens (this is a good and bad thing). Sudan is quite fascinating, the way you can talk to just anyone and go down the river or up to the forests or spend a night in the desert. Sudan is a very friendly place, and I know because I've been there several times and I happen to know some really nice Sudanese people
Sudanese people hate Sudan because they can not say their opinion because of the government but all people wont to change their country.
Did you know that Sudan have many resources ask me I am Sudanese.
Not an arabic country.
Bangladesh isn't even an Arab Country, God knows why it is listed in the Arab list.
Just to correct your information, Bangladesh is not an Arab country at all!
Who says Bangladesh isn't an Arab country? Almost 80-85%of it's population is Muslim
I visited a long time ago, and I must say it's a beautiful country with so much culture & history! it reminded me abit of Rome/Italy. It also has one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. It had strong potential to become the richest arab country but sadly it was under the rule of a tyrant who took the money all to himself & his family. Hope Libya sees better days soon!
It is nice country; however, nowadays it is not really safe to live in.
A beautiful place to live in.
