Top Ten Best Movie Soundtracks

The Contenders: Page 8

141 Rocky IV (Vince DiCola)
142 The Hunchback of Notre Dame

Best Disney songs ever. The intro, out there, hellfire, heaven's light...

Come on. All the songs are good EXCLUDING the one sung by the gargoyles - shawnmccaul22

143 The Shawshank Redemption (Thomas Newman)
144 Reservoir Dogs
145 Breakfast at Tiffany's (Henry Mancini )

great soundtrack, it categorizes the atmosphere of this great movie - MatrixGuy

146 1492: Conquest of Paradise (Vangelis)

I agree, it's among the very best soundtracks ever. Surely on my personal top ten

OK... This HAS to be top 20 at least. And where is The Mission?

One of the most underrated scores

Is it a joke? It should be in top 10 at least

147 Slumdog Millionaire (A.R. Rahman)
148 Chicago (Danny Elfman)
149 The Last Samurai (Hans Zimmer)

The music has much more life to it than many other soundtracks. Its soothing, emotional tracks add color to the movie. Zimmer should have got the academy award for this. Its strange no one has added this in the list. Definitely top in my list.
