Best Video Games of 1999

The best racing game ever made if you don't count Nitro Fueled since it is the remake, and gets my vote for the best game of 1999. It puts all Mario Kart game before and after this to shame, with a perfectly optimize character selection, amazing controls, added depths in the track design, being great for beginners, and even greater when you learn the mechanics, and tons of alternate modes.
