Top Ten Characters that Should Survive Avengers 4

While this movie is basically finished, and we won't get to see it until 2019 comes around the corner, there's just tons of speculation on the characters. I've already remixed one list about which characters will likely die in Avengers 4, so don't expect any of them on here. But what about those we want to stay alive? Yeah, some of them may have bitten dust at the end of Infinity War, but all these characters will return for that movie. Go ahead and add whatever.
The Top Ten
1 Gamora Gamora is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. Created by Jim Starlin, the character first appeared in Strange Tales #180. In the Marvel Cinematic Universe, she is portrayed by Zoe Saldana.

Gamora is gonna come back, definitely. And this time, they shouldn't sacrifice her like in Infinity War. I actually want to see her be the one to kill Thanos. It would be pretty good to see.

Really? I always thought she was kind of a bland, uninteresting character. I doubt that would really change if they decided to bring her back again.

She came back, but not the one we know...

2 Peter Parker Spider-Man is a fictional superhero appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics existing in its shared universe. The character was created by writer-editor Stan Lee and writer-artist Steve Ditko, and first appeared in the anthology comic book Amazing Fantasy #15 (August 1962) in the Silver Age of Comic Books. In films, Spider-Man has been portrayed by actors Tobey Maguire (2002–2007), Andrew Garfield (2012–2014) and Tom Holland (2016–present), who has portrayed the character in the Marvel Cinematic Universe since 2016.

No, they really shouldn't kill off Tom Holland's Peter Parker in Avengers 4. Besides, he has a movie coming up AFTER Avengers 4.

3 Carol Danvers Carol Susan Jane Danvers, or Captain Marvel, is a fictional superhero appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. She is portrayed by Brie Larson in the movies Captain Marvel and Avengers: Endgame. Created by writer Roy Thomas and artist Gene Colan, Danvers first appeared as an officer in the United States Air Force and a colleague of the Kree superhero Mar-Vell in Marvel Super-Heroes #13 (March 1968) and later became the first incarnation of Ms. Marvel in Ms. Marvel #1 (cover-dated Jan. 1977) after her DNA was fused with Mar-Vell's during an explosion, giving her superhuman powers.

Of course, Captain Marvel is also gonna be a 2019 movie before Avengers 4, but Carol is gonna be in both. It would suck to see Carol die after just two movies.

I hate her she dies but gets revived later too bad

4 T'Challa

Like with Spiderman, killing off a character in Avengers 4 who has a sequel after that movie is gonna be bad.

This would be financial suicide.

5 Scott Lang

I would hope he has a large (pun intended) role in Avengers 4, as opposed to Hope, who I think might die in that movie. But I don't want to see him bite it.

6 Thor Thor Odinson is a fictional superhero appearing in the American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The character, based on the Norse mythological deity of the same name, is the Asgardian god of thunder and possesses the enchanted hammer Mjolnir, which grants him the ability of flight and weather manipulation amongst his other superhuman attributes. He has been portrayed by Eric Allan Kramer in the TV film, The Incredible Hulk Returns and Chris Hemsworth in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

My guess is that he will survive, honestly. But he will watch core members die and, well, you can probably guess the rest.

Too bad he dies

7 Mantis Mantis is a fictional character, a superheroine appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The character was created by Steve Englehart and Don Heck, and has been portrayed by Pom Klementieff in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Very underdeveloped character in the MCU, probably should stay alive in this one.

8 Peter Quill Star-Lord is a fictional superhero appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The character, created by Steve Englehart and Steve Gan, first appeared in Marvel Preview #4. Chris Pratt portrays the character in the Marvel Cinematic Universe beginning with the 2014 live action film Guardians of the Galaxy, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 and Avengers: Infinity War. He will also reprise the role in the fourth Avengers film. Wyatt Oleff portrays a young Peter Quill in the first two Guardians of the Galaxy films.

Yeah, he may have screwed up big-time in Infinity War, but I want to see both him and Gamora survive this one. Of course, this is partly due to their next GotG movie, but also because of the romance.

9 Rocket Rocket Raccoon is a fictional superhero appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. Created by writer Bill Mantlo and artist Keith Giffen, the character first appeared in Marvel Preview #7. In the Marvel Cinematic Universe, he is portrayed by Bradley Cooper.
10 Sam Wilson

I would like to see Wilson don the Captain America Title after Steve Rogers. He really needs more development in the series, and his suit is pretty cool. I want to him to survive.

Finally I'd say either him or Bucky Barnes survives so that either of them can take the Captain America mantle once Rogers dies/retires or whatever.

The Contenders
11 Iron Man Iron Man is a fictional superhero appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics, as well as its associated media. The character was created by writer and editor Stan Lee, developed by scripter Larry Lieber, and designed by artists Don Heck and Jack Kirby. He made his first appearance in Tales of Suspense #39. In The Marvel Cinematic Universe, he was portrayed by Robert Downey Jr.

He's too awesome to get killed.

12 Bucky Barnes James Buchanan "Bucky" Barnes is a fictional superhero appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. In the Marvel Cinematic Universe, he is portrayed by Sebastian Stan.
13 Captain America Captain Steven Grant Rogers, most known as Steve Rogers or Captain America, is a fictional superhero appearing in the American comic books published by Marvel Comics. He was a World War II veteran and is known as the world's first superhero. The character was created by Jack Kirby and Joe Simon and ...read more.

Created by Stan Lee, Jack Kirby, Larry Lieber and Dick Ayers, the character first appeared in Tales to Astonish #13. An extraterrestrial, sentient tree-like creature, the original Groot first appeared as an invader that intended to capture humans for experimentation. Groot is part of the superhero team The Guardians of the Galaxy. In the Marvel Cinematic Universe, he is portrayed by Vin Diesel.

They cannot do that to us again

15 Thanos Thanos is a fictional supervillain appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The character was created by Jim Starlin and Mike Friedrich. The character first appeared in Iron Man #55 and has been portrayed by actors Damion Poitier and Josh Brolin in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
