None of the other capitals in the world can compare to Paris. No other city is as beautiful, romantic, and rich in history, as reflected in its monuments. Paris is definitely the best city.
For people who complain about graffiti, it's just part of urban art. Paris is moving towards the future, and street and urban arts should be considered as art.
It's also the most underrated city because, along with London, it is the best in Europe. They are so different but share the top spot.

I think it should be among the best three cities. For me, it is the top one because it has something special. The people are so friendly. When I visit a country where I am willing to spend and relax, I expect to see smiling faces. You can find this in Budapest and Hungary.
Budapest should be in the top 10! I have been there once, and everything is so ancient and vintage. All the streets remain in the style of the 1900s, and all the buildings are beautiful. It's a peaceful city, although the economy is not that good in Hungary.

Bucharest is the best city! It has places to visit and beautiful museums if you are passionate about Romanian culture. Also, when you want to eat or drink something, nothing is more expensive than 30 RON. It may have a communist atmosphere because of its buildings, but I assure you, if you ever go to Bucharest, you won't regret it.
