As a world traveler, I've been to many places, but Vienna is unique on many levels. It's safe, not too expensive, with tradition preserved on one side of the Danube and skyscrapers on the other.     I think it should be among the best three cities. For me, it is the top one because it has something special. The people are so friendly. When I visit a country where I am willing to spend and relax, I expect to see smiling faces. You can find this in Budapest and Hungary.

    Budapest should be in the top 10! I have been there once, and everything is so ancient and vintage. All the streets remain in the style of the 1900s, and all the buildings are beautiful. It's a peaceful city, although the economy is not that good in Hungary.
