They're both rich, clean and many people present good levels of hygiene.
My unexpected favourite over other cities I enjoyed such as Tokyo, Bangkok, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, and Hanoi and well ahead of overrated cities like Beijing or hell holes like Mumbai.
I noticed this city have a lot of traditions mixed with modern very well which is what I really like about. The long Seoul fortress around its city sure is fantastic.
