Judy Chases Duke Weaselton Through Little Rodentia
While on meter maid duty, Judy pursues Duke Weaselton, who has stolen a bag from a florist containing crocuses. As she chases him into Little Rodentia, a district for smaller mammals, she tries to avoid crushing the tiny civilians. The chase ends after Judy prevents a giant donut from crushing a female shrew, then captures the weasel with the giant donut.
This scene was perfection. Duke was a very funny character, just stealing crocuses in a bag, and Judy chased him through a small town called Little Rodentia. It was very comical since Duke was later defeated after Judy dropped a donut on him and sent him to the police department.

"I Really Am Just a Dumb Bunny"
After finding out that the Night Howlers are actually the crocus bulbs Duke Weaselton stole earlier, which contain a neurotoxin that has psychotropic effects on mammals, she returns to Zootopia to ask for Nick's help once again. As she makes a tearful apology to him, she adds the line, "I really am just a dumb bunny," and Nick accepts her apology and agrees to help her.
Everyone's dumb, Judy. You're not the only one.

Judy and Nick Arrive at Cliffside Asylum
Judy and Nick arrive at Cliffside Asylum, where they discover all the missing predators who have gone savage are imprisoned. Among them, they find Otterton. While looking around, they find out that Mayor Leodore Lionheart is hiding them from the public while trying to find out why they are going savage, and he worries that if word ever got out about this, it would cause a massive panic.

Judy Faces the Aftermath of Her Press Conference
Just as Mayor Lionheart was worried about, Judy's comments about predators' savage behavior being caused by their biology incite hate speech and discrimination against predators throughout all of Zootopia. Upon seeing the damage she has caused, she resigns from the force and returns home to her family.

Bellwether Reveals Her Plan to Judy
In a not-so-surprising twist, Bellwether is revealed to be the one behind the predators turning savage, using the Night Howlers to make them savage. She uses one on Nick to attack Judy as Bellwether reveals her whole plan to Judy, only for Judy and Nick to turn the tables against her and bust her, leading to her arrest.
That really makes Bellwether's character very fitting. She was a kind, lovely character in the beginning, and then it turned out that she was evil. I really like how people are like that. The style, the behavior, everything.

Judy and Nick Meet Flash the Sloth
Nick and Judy arrive at the DMV, still on the trail of the missing Otterton, and to Judy's displeasure, the DMV is run by actual sloths. The two meet Flash the sloth to help them locate the limo where Otterton was last seen, and the whole process takes nearly all day. After they finish, it's nighttime.
He is an awesome minor character. Seeing him say quietly is the best. (Okay, I'm just acting pathetic now.)

Judy Holds a Press Conference
After solving the case and busting Mayor Lionheart, Judy takes part in a press conference and suggests that the savage behavior is due to predator biology, which ends up offending Nick. This causes him to refuse not only her friendship but also his spot on the force, as Judy's comments end up having a negative effect all around Zootopia.

Judy and Nick Meet Mr. Big and Fru Fru
It was pretty funny seeing Mr. Big as a shrew. His name was literally the opposite of his size and animal character. I seriously love how his daughter Fru Fru told her father off for throwing such an innocent animal, such as Judy, into the Arctic water. I also loved the scene where Mr. Big kisses Judy on the cheeks, and Nick was pretty shocked about it.
The scene parodies The Godfather as Judy and Nick are brought to Mr. Big, who is actually an Arctic shrew and is not happy with them snooping around his limo. He is ready to ice them before Big's daughter, Fru Fru, the shrew Judy had saved earlier, vouches for her, and Mr. Big stops the icing as they celebrate his daughter's wedding.

Judy Attends Police Academy Training
Judy enters police academy training, and despite failing at every turn, she perseveres, overcomes the difficult training, and graduates from the academy as she then sets her sights on being an officer in Zootopia.
This scene was awesome. It really shows how Judy was a sore loser at first, but when she trains in her own way, she is no longer a sore loser. She was amazing in her training and earned her police graduation.

Nick Gets Muzzled
In a flashback scene, Nick Wilde reveals a traumatic childhood moment where, as a child, he was preparing to join the Junior Ranger Scouts, only to be restrained by the other kids before being muzzled.
I feel very sorry for Nick in this scene. He just wanted to join the scouts, and they decided to bully and torture him. No wonder he made himself a bad guy.
