Top 10 Best Disney Characters

The Top Ten
Mickey Mouse Mickey Mouse is a funny animal cartoon character and the official mascot of The Walt Disney Company. He was created by Walt Disney and Ub Iwerks at the Walt Disney Studios in 1928. The first cartoon featuring Mickey Mouse was the iconic "Steamboat Willie" released in the year 1928.

Mickey Mouse is the most iconic Disney character, and he is super powerful. Anyone who doesn't think so should play Kingdom Hearts. Anyone, in general, should play Kingdom Hearts. It is a great game.

This Disney character with big ears and gloves is way better than Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus. At least Mickey Mouse cartoons don't have laugh tracks and terrible jokes.

Mickey is the beginning of the long-lasting legacy of Disney. He's always cheerful and funny, which gives everyone a positive feeling. Mickey rules!

Donald Duck Donald Duck is a cartoon character created in 1934 at Walt Disney Productions. Donald is an anthropomorphic white duck with a yellow-orange bill, legs, and feet. He typically wears a sailor shirt and cap with a bow tie.

Just because Mickey's more famous doesn't mean he's a better character. Donald is undoubtedly the most unique character. His voice, temper, and personality make him deserving of the #1 spot more than anyone else. There is a reason he's made more film appearances, co-hosted the 1958 Oscars, had Dick Van Dyke head his 50th birthday television special, and starred in the war cartoons (winning him an Academy Award).

If there's one thing Donald can do, it's put a smile on your face. You know how many times he nearly put Mickey Mouse out of business? Mickey may be the most famous, but Donald is the best and will always be the best.

Goofy Goofy is a funny-animal cartoon character created in 1932 at Walt Disney Productions. Goofy is a tall, anthropomorphic black dog with a Southern drawl, and typically wears a turtle neck and vest, with pants, shoes, white gloves, and a tall hat originally designed as a rumpled fedora . Goofy is a close... read more

Goofy is my favorite character in Mickey and Friends! He's so goofy, fun, and funny!

Genie The Genie is a jinn appearing in the Aladdin franchise from Disney. He is never given a proper name. He was portrayed by Robin Williams in the first film.

So full of magical energy and makes the funniest jokes of any Disney character.

I love the genie. I love Robin Williams. He's hands down the funniest Disney character.

Genie is super funny. How can you not like him?

Snow White Snow White is a fictional character from Disney's first ever film, Snow White and the Seven Dwarves . She is Disney's first ever Disney Princess and is the only Disney Princess to have her own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame .

Many people say she is so typical and all she does is cook and clean, but she cleaned because she hoped the owners of the cottage would let her stay there. She also was the only Disney princess to boss around seven old men to make them wash up for dinner. Her voice is lovely, and she is kind to everyone.

She's so classic and the first one, my favorite Disney princess and in my favorite Disney princess movie.

Snow White is so kind, sweet, and cute.

Elsa Queen Elsa of Arendelle is a fictional character who appears in Walt Disney Animation Studios' 53rd animated film Frozen.

Elsa is amazing. She sang the most iconic Disney song of this decade, and she has ice powers. And she is some kind of nature spirit thing. Enough said. Elsa is awesome.

I love cool things. And Elsa has ice powers. She is so cool.

I like her dress, kindness, and style. I like her very much. I think people in this world can learn a lot about kindness from her movie.

Tinker Bell Tinker Bell is a fictional character from J. M. Barrie's 1904 play Peter Pan and its 1911 novelization Peter and Wendy.

She's one of my favorites from Disney. She's brave, heroic, and has a sweet personality in the Disney Fairies franchise. I also love her winter outfit.

Tink is honestly super relatable in her movies, and I love her adventurous personality. I love how she turns red whenever she's angry.

I like her movies better than Peter Pan. When did I last watch Peter Pan?

Stitch

I don't know why Stitch is this low! He's the best Disney character! Funny, kind of cute, yeah.

By far the best Disney character. Needs to be number one. Ohana means family!

Um, he's the best Disney character ever!

Dory Dory is a major character from the film, Finding Nemo and its sequel, Finding Dory. She is a blue tang known for her short-term memory loss and tends to forget almost everything, even the fish that she knows personally. This makes the mission to find Nemo even more difficult for Marlin.

Yes! I love her so much. I could watch her all day long!

Scar Scar is the main antagonist of Disney's 1994 animated feature film, The Lion King. He was the second son of Ahadi and Uru — who were, at one time, King and Queen of the Pride Lands — the younger brother of Mufasa, and the uncle of Simba.

His plan actually worked, and the odds of Simba surviving to defeat him were about one in a million. If Simba had run in a different direction after Mufasa's death, he probably would have died.

Scar is so scary and cool. I kinda would've liked to see what would happen if Scar won.

The Newcomers

? Kronk Kronk is the secondary antagonist of Disney's 2000 animated feature film The Emperor's New Groove, and the titular main protagonist of 2005's Kronk's New Groove. Kronk often serves as Yzma's hapless henchman and a major component in her schemes to overthrow Emperor Kuzco.
? Thumper Thumper is a fictional rabbit character from Disney's animated films Bambi and Bambi II. He is known and named for his habit of thumping his left hind foot.

She is the tenth Disney Princess, the first Disney Princess to be CGI-animated, and the first Disney Princess to have freckles or green eyes.

She's so funny and kind and has a great voice. Thanks, Mandy Moore!

Is it just me, or is she the cutest Disney baby ever?

She's much prettier and more likable than Snow White.

Olaf Olaf the Snowman is a character from the 2013 animated film Frozen, produced by Walt Disney Animation Studios.

Olaf is the most lovable Disney character. You just want to give him a warm hug. He reminds you of a child but also of the snowmen you used to build when you were younger. His personality is just so fun.

Olaf is one of the funniest characters in Disney.

The cutest and sweetest character!

Simba Simba is a fictional character who appears in Disney's The Lion King franchise. Introduced in Walt Disney Animation's 32nd animated feature film The Lion King (1994), the character subsequently appears in its sequels The Lion King II: Simba's Pride (1998) and The Lion King 1½ (2004).

He goes through a tough time. And Simba is not an idiot. He is a good character.

Minnie Mouse Minerva "Minnie" Mouse is a cartoon character created by Ub Iwerks and Walt Disney. She was first drawn by Iwerks in 1928, as was Mickey Mouse. Woody is the leader that the toys deserved. He is very no-nonsense and learned to like someone that he was jealous of. We can all learn from that.

Ariel Princess Ariel is a fictional character and the title character of Walt Disney Pictures' 28th animated film The Little Mermaid.

Ariel is my favorite Disney princess! She started the Renaissance, the first Disney princess who didn't have the same attitude as Snow White, Cinderella, and Aurora. She is super relatable and adorable, comes from the best Disney movie, and is a mermaid who lived in the ocean!

Some people call Ariel stupid, but Scuttle was the one who taught her that. She didn't want to go on land just because of Prince Eric. She wanted to explore up there. "BUT SHE DEALT WITH THE SEA WITCH-" Would you deal with someone if you lost your loved ones? (Like your dog). Yeah, now shut up and go watch The Little Mermaid on full volume. You've missed some scenes.

Mulan Fa Mulan, a character inspired by an actual historic figure is a character who appears in Walt Disney Pictures' 36th animated feature film Mulan, as well as its sequel Mulan II.

Mulan's story is really important to me because it shows people that you can do anything, including saving China.

The greatest Disney princess of all. She tops her military class, defeats an entire army, and saves all of China! You can't top that.

What's not amazing about a woman who saves all of China?

Princess Tiger Lily

She's the very picture of a princess: noble, brave, loyal, and selfless.

She is so pretty and a lovely dancer!

Mufasa Mufasa is a major character in Disney's 1994 animated feature film, The Lion King. He is Simba's father, Sarabi's mate, Scar's older brother, and was King of the Pride Lands until his death. He is voiced by James Earl Jones.

A strong and caring leader and teacher who guided Simba to become the strong lion he is.

Jasmine She is a fictional character who appears in Walt Disney Animation Studios' 31st animated feature film Aladdin (1992).

Nothing much to say other than she's one of the smartest and has the best outfits.

Jasmine is tough and doesn't give up on anything. But she is also caring and loving. So sweet.

She's a tough princess who stands for her individuality and flaunts her sexuality.

When he's not harried by majordomo duties, he's very nice and easy to get along with.

He's so very funny and hilarious, just like a crackup dork the way he acted and overreacted over his helmet opening on an uncharted planet.

Vanellope von Schweetz

She's so cute. She needs to be an official princess and have her own movie.

She's a race car driving princess. What's not to like?

Belle Belle is a fictional character who appears in Walt Disney Pictures' 30th animated feature film Beauty and the Beast (1991) and in the live action remake Beauty and the Beast (2017). Belle is the intelligent and selfless young daughter of an inventor who does not conform to the normal ways of her small... read more

She's the best princess by far, with such an amazing voice. She is brave and stands up for what she believes in, protecting her father by putting herself in danger.

She was revolutionary. The first Disney princess to be independent, strong, and smart.

Belle is the smartest princess ever. She is kind, helpful, caring, and so much more.

Oswald the Lucky Rabbit

Better than Mickey Mouse. I don't have to watch cartoons many times. The classic cartoons are awesome, such as Felix the Cat, Bimbo the Dog, Flip the Frog, Bosko, Foxy, Pooch, and so on. Other toons are great too.

Oswald has always been such a downgraded character to most, so it's really nice to see that he made the top three and is getting the recognition he deserves!

Oswald is the true original. Anyone who played Epic Mickey when they were younger knows how great Oswald was.
