Imre Schlosser was a legend of world football.
When he retired (1927) he had achieved three important records (world) :
-most capped player (68)
-best scorer with National teams (59 goals).
-best top division scorer (417 goals).
His co-patriot Ferenc Puskas repeated this trempe three decades later.
To understand the difficulty of this, none football great (Pelé, Di Stefano, Maradona, Cruyff) never managed to have not even one of this records. The same is for Messi and C. Ronaldo and I don't think that they have any chance...

16 Olivér Halassy

One thing I like in the top tens is that they stimulate my memory.
Typical example is Hallasy, a forgotten legend of the midwar years, best waterpolo player of the first half of 20th century.
Last time I heard or read something about him wasn't even in the 21st century.
Although I could't remember even his name, my general knowledge and the web helped me to found him.

17 Jaromir Jagr
18 Josef Bican

Honoured by the International Fedetation of Football History and Statistics as the best scorer of the 20th century with a verified number of 1,468 goals (at least).
Most people believe that Pelé is the best but the truth is that he is not higher than 3nd.
