Most Embarrassing Movie Remakes

This movie is awful. When I heard that they were going to reboot fantastic four, I was happy, because I still remember how I always was so excited to see the two fantastic four movies, but when I saw this I wanted to die.

Almost nothing happens for most of the movies run time it barely feels like a superhero movie at the least the previous Fantastic Four movie actually felt like a superhero movie.

This is actually much worse than the originals, and I can't believe I'm saying that.

Still one of the most boring superhero movies I have ever seen.

I love the Original 'Ghostbusters' films and remember watching the DVDs with my family when I was growing up and laughing my head off, but I'm sorry to say that this remake was totally rubbish. Bill Murray, Dan Ackroyd, and Rick Moranis are comedy legends, but the all female cast of this movie were just not funny to the point of embarrassment. It just didn't work, the chemistry was all wrong and unfortunately the ladies didn't have the comedy talents to make it funny.

This movie was ok, but I still prefer the original because the this remake make females smarter and make males dumber, I mean come sony pictures you make movies that not even good. This remake has great comedy than the original, but one thing that this movie has a problem is keep having females having great stuff than males which was boring and annoying.

I remember when every movie reviewer on YouTube on the planet where ranting about this... and I have to agree with them this was a piece of poo poo. just 4 unfunny women and really stupid guy named kevin even worse this spawned a rubbish game along side with it.

I get the whole female empowerment theme here, but it really didn't work. The movie was horrible. I do believe that men and women should be completely equal, but maybe instead of copying old movies which all male lead roles, make an original movie with all females? It seems like a lower risk, higher reward option.

I've said it befor on this site, but all this was was a pro US, pro us military, Jurassic park rip off. We all know the problems with the creature, but many people's problem is the fact that its an iguana and the fact that he gets killed...by regular jets by 4-6 missiles, watch any other godzilla movie, and I literaly mean any other, a scene where godzilla fights the military always end in military getting creamed, its hust an excuse for monster action. Also apparently Emerech and Devilin thought the Japanese films were trash, look how their version turned out.

If there is one thing that I have learned form this list, it is never mess with a good thing. Especially if there is no possible way to make it better, as is the case with many of these movies, because you'll just end up screwing it up.

Wait that was Godzilla? I thought this was a Jurassic Park sequel.

It nearly killed a franchise until 2014 save us all

No this was actually a good remake and one of the Disney movies that would work as a live action.
Will Smith brought a whole new unique side to the genie and the new songs were good.
Is it has good as the animated movie no, but it is definitely a remake I wouldn't mind owning next to possibly the Jungle Book remake

When I see people say that they like this movie, it makes me wonder if I watched a completely different movie. Aside from Will Smith and Naomi Scott, there was barely anything enjoyable about this remake.

Memes aside Disney needs to stop remaking old movies come up with some new material Disney be creative for once

Black and White was one of the reasons why the original was scary, when you remake the movie 3 decades later and it's in color, this movie was doomed to fail

Ugly, miscasted, poorly acted, and insulting. There is not one single solitary reason to watch this version. Period.

Magnificent Seven was a great movie. I loved it and somehow someway my mother loved it, and she usually hates action movies. This movie had some impressive acting and humor that was actually funny. A great modern twist on a spaghetti Western.

Pile of tosh, not a patch on the original classic western.

Obviously they mean Pet Sematary (2019) and I wouldn't say it was bad it was just kind of forgettable

My least favorite incarnation of Willy Wonka. I found all of the other characters unlikable as well.

At least this had a side on Roald Dahl's story that Gene Wilder's movie didn't show.
