Top Ten Interesting Facts About Chrono Trigger
Even at the very beginning of the game, when you get to Lucca's teleporter, enter the right one to immediately fight Lavos. This will be extremely hard, and only Marle and Crono are the party members, so it's really only winnable on a New Game Plus. Fighting Lavos at any time and winning gets multiple endings.
Mainly because Akira Toriyama had a hand in the creation of Chrono Trigger. I mean, compare Crono's hair to Goku's.
As I said earlier, you can fight Lavos anytime, even before the Black Omen is revealed in the game.
Pretty much known by the fans.
She didn't have legs in the beginning, but an optional sidequest allows you to save her from her legs being chopped by a machine.
Stands for what else? It's actually a very important item for the game.
Go there in 1000 AD, then 600 AD, then 12000 AD. This allows for extra experience, and you fight Zeal at the end each time.
I just found this today. I think it's cool too!
Both good songs
First fight: 3200 HP, then second after that is 5200, which totals as 8400 HP when compared to Magus's 6666 HP. Interestingly enough, Super Slash (in a sidequest) has 2500 HP in the first phase, then when fighting him with Flea Plus and Great Ozzie, he has 4000 HP. Combined, those are actually LOWER, totalling at 6500 HP. Mind, blown.
I dunno why I never added this yet. The first Golem boss is supposed to be one you lose, but with an exploit, it's actually one of the easiest bosses in the entire game to actually win. You just gotta hit it with a magic spell, then it copies that ability, then hit it with a magic spell, then it copies that ability, and so on and so forth. No physical attacks. A very easy boss, and it's probably worth noting that the Golem Twins later on MUST be beat, so really it is good practice to just wail on the first Golem with magic knowing that it never gets a chance to attack if you keep at the thing.
