Top 10 Scariest Video Game Bosses
Have you ever had that one boss that traumatized you as a child? See if he's on the list here!
For me, part of what makes Giygas so uniquely scary is how he contrasts to the rest of Earthbound and to other bosses. The rest of the game is colorful, quirky, and cheerful. The overall dark and creepy feel of the fight makes it seem so out of place. If this fight was from almost any other game, it wouldn't be as scary. It's almost this element of surprise that makes him scary
It's giygas. A being composed of all the souls and hatred of entire GALAXIES. May I remind you, this thing is from the 5th dimension, hosting far more power then almost any videogame boss to EVER EXIST. He's able to manipulate the minds of anything and/or EVERYTHING. May I remind you, he LITERALLY only has one weakness. ((also, he contains so much power and hatred, he can't even comprehend himself. he cannot grasp his true form, and at the same time, you can't as well. that's INSANE power for something to contain)
Giygas' guilt became too much for him to contain and his psychic powers go out of control, spawning the embodiment of evil and darkness with infinite power at his disposal but with giygas' concience gone he now acts only on urge. As stated by porky he has become an "all-mighty idiot"
No competition Giygas wins. In the first game the only way to beat him is to mess with his emotions. In the second game you have to pray! In both games he is so powerful you cannot comprehend his attacks.

After your first playthrough in the pixelated, whimsical/emotional Undertale, you are taken completely off guard by being robbed of your chosen victory by the very first thing you encounter in the game, a flower. He then proceeds to crash your game, "erase" your file, and force you into a terrifying battle against his final form, a morbid photorealistic mess of eyes, teeth, and vegetation, all whilst being bombarded by heavy danmaku firing patterns and a very heavy breakcore track. If you lose the battle, the game crashes AGAIN and upon opening, the boss battle is initialized once again. Nightmare fuel.
Can't believe I'm saying this, but Omega Flowey should be number one! The twisted music and his evil laugh gave me more headaches in one minute, than Lavender Town did in my entire life. I used to be so scarred from this guy, I couldn't look at him for months. And no, I'm not exaggerating!
Yeah I think he should be number one. I was looking for something from undertale on this list because I went in blindly to the game and it freaked the hell out of me. Just the way that the music and visual effects caused something 3D in a 2D world to exist it really messed me up
More scared during this guy than during segments of multiple horror games!Maybe it's his appearance, 16-bit in an 8-bit world, or the shocking music, or the shift of tone in such a fun loving game? I don't know, but I hate Omega Flowey, and I love him!
The scariest part about Zero Two, is the bad ending where he possess the Ripple Queen, and gives you that evil smirk that indicates that he's now going to transform Ripple Star into a communist dictatorship.
What freaks me out the most is the vine in Zero Two's underside, I mean how is that even possible! Kirby is my favorite video game series, and I'm shocked to see something this horrifying in it.
Most of Kirby is a cute amd quirky gaming experience. A lot of the enemies like Waddle Dee or not aggravated Scarfies and bosses like Dedede and Paintra are somewhat cute. But then hidden below all the cute happy-go-lucky, we have pure nightmare fuel...
Blood, in a KIRBY game. It's also so unexpected. A dead spirit, that you killed, and did I mention this is a KIRBY game?

You hear a slow scraping along the floor... Like metal grinding on Metal. As you look towards the sound, you see a massive man in a bloody smock walks out. At his feet are hundreds of cockroaches, piling over each other in an effort to get to you. As you scream in terror, he turns towards you, and stops, motionless for a few seconds. Then he starts his slow walk towards you, as once again, you hear the sound of his massive blade grinding on the metal floor. You race down the corridor, fearing for your life at the hands of this monstrosity, this abomination of a creature. You come to a door, and in it, you see salvation, a way to get away. You turn the handle... and it's locked. Slowly your flashlight peeters out, as you collapse to ground sobbing. Suddenly, a powerful pair of hands grab you and start dragging you away. "This is the end" you think, as you scream your denial, not accepting your impending death. Suddenly, your dragged into a room, and the metal double doors at ...more
Everyone loves a pyramid-wearing blade murdering freak! He has made several appearances throughout the Silent Hill series and others as cameo like I Wanna Be The Fan Game and others.

The android form of him is in my opinion, a lot scarier, because once you shoot his eyes out (this is the easy boss), he's reveled to be a giant head of creepy circuitry. I literally screamed when I saw that for the first time. And it only makes it scarier because I was playing the 3D version on the 3DS.
It's just a giant gorilla head with two heads and shoots at you... WAIT. When you destroy it's shell it turns out to be a BRAIN with VEINS and EYES. It seems like Nintendo really messed up on a E-rated game.
By far one of the creepiest, and most interesting, boss fights. The worst part is that you suffer longer if you killed a lot of enemies throughout the game, so your past decisions come back to haunt you.
When you battle him you see visions of the soldiers you killed. And, one of his moves is a screamer.
The Newcomers

"Welcome to my special hell."

The Atmosphere and the music plus Baby Bowser running towards you.

Man, that music
Children possess a natural creepiness that has been tapped into for thousands of iconic horror movies, fiction thrillers, and everything that the Olsen Twins have ever done. Their presence in this groundbreaking first-person shooter, however, makes Little Damien's evil ways seem harmless enough to replace Jonathan Lipnicki in Jerry Maguire. They roam the diseased halls of Rapture with the menacing Big Daddy and when they spot you, they order their drill-bit toting protectors to rip out your guts and feed them back to you. If you harvest their "Adam," they turn into wiggly little slugs. If you save and release them, they grow up to get their own reality show on MTV.
I guess it's the big daddy's daughter?

Its nemesis, enough said
Oh, it's just a little helpless thingy I forgot it's name. NOPE.. When it looks into the mirror it will probably make you jump if you weren't expecting it.
Okay imagine this. You walk with your girlfriend to her house. She looks into her mirror and then... NOT TAKE MIRROR
After going through all the horrors in the game, defeating Majora was one of the best feelings I ever had when I first finished the game!
Seriously...I had to add this? The first phase isn't scary, but the second is just mortifying.
I give for that "This is scary from the sorrow! And give 13 for this so very scary boss battle!
This Boss is also downright hard too.
That guy that is almost naked attached to a giant fleshy ship thingy? That's Ansem. I suggest you level up a lot before doing this.
