While beating most of these games on the regular setting is an accomplished itself but if you really to prove yourself as a hardcore gamer than beating the even harder difficulty/mode is the holy grail of achievements these are the hardest difficulties in games that will push gamers to their limit.

The biggest change is that the item boxes are no longer connected once you leave an item in a certain box it stays there until you pick it up again meaning you'll be doing a lot of backtracking and also the game is set on hard mode and also the auto aim is removed not only that but you also can't use the special weapons like the rocket launcher or samurai edge gun you unlocked in the game.
