Most Iconic Female Movie Characters

The Most iconic female characters we’ve had on film.

I think many people use iconic and great as a synonymous and it’s not.

Cinderella and Snow White are not that great characters and probably considered awful role models but they are much more iconic than let’s say Belle from Beauty and the beast.

I will try to put mostly great and iconic female characters on this list but if you think I’m missing let’s say Scarlet O’Hara is not because I don’t consider her a great character. I actually think she is but not iconic on a massive level.
I’m sure she is and I guess she is super iconic between book readers and hard core Cinephiles but if you ask any casual movie goer about Scarlet O’Hara they Will ask who?

What can I say?

she has the advantage of having her Name on the Tittle of the film so gives her big chances to be iconic.

She ain't my favorite but I think she is most iconic Disney Princess who is also a great character and very good role model for women.

10 Harley Quinn (Suicide Squad) Harley Quinn is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics, commonly as a sidekick of the Joker.

I had a big internal debate if she should be here, I love that character my second favorite from DC and definitely one of all time Favorite female movie characters.

But I’m doubting a little on how well known she is. Harley Quinn shone the most in Suicide Squad And was the best part of that film.

But outside of people who know a lot about superhero films how well known is she truly is.

I think it Happens to her what happens with scarlet Ohara she is considered iconic within a niche audience but how well known she is with the average movie goer?
