Top Ten Most Overrated Websites

Websites that are not good, yet extremely popular.

Here are the most overrated websites.
The Top Ten
1 Facebook Facebook is a corporation and an online social networking service headquartered in Menlo Park, California, in the United States.

Facebook is too overrated, it's still so popular despite all the bullying and harassment, it needs to change it's attitude back.

When you read a list by nelsinerica or whatever the hell his name is, his opinions slowly become unrelevant and stupider as you go down the list...

I almost never use it anymore. Just doesn't interest me.

I have one but I never use and I'm thinking of deleting it.

2 Twitter Twitter is an online news and social networking service where users post and interact with messages, also known as "tweets", restricted to 280 characters.

I've tried to initiate myself with this site three times since 2006 and each time, no matter how much the site has evolved or improved, I just couldn't see what made it worth the time.

Twitter is easily overrated, it's full of bullying and harassment, it used to be good, but people are taking it the wrong way.

Popular greedy youtube channels use it, Donald Trump uses it, Ed Boon uses it...yeah.

I tried it, and realized it's a waste of time.

The very first video on the website was "Me at the zoo", uploaded on April 23rd, 2005, uploaded by Jawed Karim. more.

Funny how some people immediately call something overrated just because they choose to view inappropriate content. You can choose what videos or youtube channels to watch or subscribe in. Not that hard.

Easily the most overrated site of all time, it was so good back then, so no wonder it got so popular.
But now it's bad, and yet it's still popular, it's full of fetish, drugs and violence, it's everywhere, people need to respect each other and either move on from this site or make it good again, it's so overrated.

YouTube is becoming the next RedTube, it even has a service called YouTube Red, which is pretty much like RedTube, which centers on porn, it's just so gross, Users like Drew Monson, Matthew Lush, Joey Graceffa, PewDiePie, Jenna Marbles, Shane Dawson and others make such junky videos with awful jokes just to make $, they are so sick and have no friends or life.

YouTube is so awful that it makes Facebook and others underrated, it sucks, TTT's needs to accept the fact that YouTube isn't good anymore, because it now revolves mostly around sex, drugs and money, each personality is nowadays narcissistic.

5 Instagram

Easily like Snapchat, but better, but still, it's not worth going on, considering all of the bullying, violence and fetish.

6 Rotten Tomatoes

Their scores aren't even accurate.

Not a reliable site for information, people can contribute to their own messages, and they're not always right, Please don't ever trust Wikipedia or any wiki.

Check the citations used in Wikipedia to determine its reliability. Wikipedia has been a reliable source to me most of the time.

I won't lie some of the editors there are defensive on their own pages

14 DeviantArt is an online artwork, videography and photography community. The website was launched on August 7, 2000, by Angelo Sotira, Scott Jarkoff, Matthew Stephens, and others.

Used to be full of good, original art. Now it's littered with horrible art, poorly-drawn traces, disgusting fetish art and crossover art of every movie, game, book, show, or cartoon you could think of. Even more obscure series fell to this horror. I know not all fanart is like this, but it's still a pain to see favorite characters treated terribly by the masses.

Ctrl+c is not art.

15 Twitch Twitch is an American video live streaming service that focuses on video game live streaming, including broadcasts of esports competitions, in addition to offering music broadcasts, creative content, and "in real life" streams. A great site until it got contaminated with crap, yet it lost so much quality that it doesn't happen to be worth going on anymore.

20 4chan 4chan is an anonymous English-language imageboard website. Launched by Christopher "moot" Poole in October 2003, the site hosts boards dedicated to a wide variety of topics, from anime and manga to video games, cooking, weapons, television, music, literature, history, fitness, politics, and sports, more.
21 IMDb The Internet Movie Database is an online database of information related to films, television programs and video games, including cast, production crew, fictional characters, biographies, plot summaries, trivia and reviews, operated by, Inc., a subsidiary of Amazon.

I really don't hate this website whole, and I DO regret putting that on the list.

But honestly, IMDb is supposed to be a website to gather data and research on movies, T.V. shows, etc, people behind them and their technology. It's not supposed to be a den for trolls, biased and delusional fanatics, pretentious elitists, stupid spammers, or other people who are the combination of all of the above. Once again, I'm sorry for putting that website on the list., the Internet Movie Database, was once an interesting website to gather official data about movies and T.V. shows but is now gone downhill because of gathering data about video games, internet videos, etc.
To make matters worse, it is now infested and combined with trolls, spammers, idiots, biased snobs who think they're smarter than you without even knowing what they're talking about, claiming they know what makes a movie good or bad, believing that the 70s is the highest regard for filmmaking achievements.
I understood the decade but everyone's entitled to their own opinions.
Another reason the site went downhill is that it had the audacity to allow users to make their own lists. Most of the lists are the same, generic thing such as movies and shows being overrated, giving pathetic excuses of the reason so, or without any reason at all.

Am it the only person who is not a fan of this site? Like the dates are not always right. Also there are spammers and trolls there too.

I don't get how is this overrated. I mean the items there maybe overrated. But overall the site isn't that much of overrated. Plus it's better than most other movie websites.

A once good site until the downfall of Cartoon Network, it's full of violence and drugs, yet there are ads about those too.

I hate the new games based off of crappy shows like Uncle Grandpa and Clarence!

Constant crack couples, senseless crossovers and horrible characterizations are some of the reasons why I don't look at FanFiction.Net anymore.
