Who knows how long he'll stay in office? It doesn't look like we'll see his successor for a few decades. He remains a leader by silencing his opponents. He and his associates must indoctrinate their citizens in order to survive.
One wrong move, and the whole family goes to prison for backbreaking labor. All the media is propaganda. He ensures that all citizens avoid foreign influences, including those from South Korea. He keeps launching missiles until the USA is destroyed. He has no regard for innocent civilians.

In terms of administration, he was effective at times. However, his rule was utterly immoral. He was responsible for the deaths of 20 million people, many of whom were his own. He sent people to gulags, purged the army, and was intolerant of opposition.
He tried to justify this with communist ideology, but he lived his life with affluence and indulgence. He gave no power to the people, which was the fundamental premise of Marxism. He was very critical of Hitler when it suited him but was happy enough to deal with Hitler to partition Poland and maintain non-aggression with Germany. However, he never expected Hitler to keep the promise and used the bought time to rebuild his army after having purged it of officers. Therefore, it was only because Hitler was already at war with the Allies that liberal democracies worked with Stalin. Perhaps this is why he is never considered first when thinking about the worst leader in history, while Hitler usually is.

That is evil in my opinion. There were zero weapons of mass destruction! When he became President, the US economy was great and had a government surplus. When he finished with us, we had the worst economy since the Great Depression and the highest unemployment, yet he and all his buddies were richer than ever.

Before 9/11, President George "Duped-Ya" Bush never lifted a finger against al-Qaeda, Bin Laden, any of the hijackers, or any terrorists anywhere. There is no record of his administration taking a single aggressive act against OBL and his terrorist organization.
Before 9/11, he did order American military forces facing al-Qaeda to stand down, calling back the submarines that could launch cruise missiles. He proclaimed, "I didn't want a cruise missile flying up a camel's butt."
Before 9/11, he ordered the discontinuation of Predator drone surveillance and hunting of OBL and al-Qaeda, fearing a downed drone would make for bad publicity on CNN.

Wow, the new Chinese republic seemed to start well with him, but it quickly went downhill. The Cultural Revolution is the dumbest thing that ever happened. People are killing each other. Anything not from China is considered impure, like pianos and healthy diets. The "Hong Wei Bing" (Red Guard in English) goes around China and wrecks everything. All the culture, manners, and peace disappeared in a flash. This probably explains why some Chinese have terrible manners nowadays, and why people harbor hatred towards China.

When reading the autobiography of Ji-li Jiang during the Cultural Revolution, Mao was the worst. He was just the same as Hitler, only everyone in China thought he was the greatest person who ever lived. He made the Revolution more important than family and friends and turned loved ones against each other.
Idi Amin (Uganda)

This guy is way worse than Hitler. At least Hitler had a reason (a stupid one) to kill the Jews, but this man killed 500,000 of his own people and had no reason. He was the military leader of Uganda, embarrassed the British, and declared himself the CBE (Conqueror of the British Empire). He executed foreign journalists and made it look like an accident. They killed all their good soldiers and then declared war on a much larger country than themselves: Tanzania. Tanzanian troops took over Uganda, and Idi Amin was overthrown. Then he fled to Saudi Arabia and sought asylum there. He died on August 6, 2003, and his country celebrated when they heard he had died.
Abhisit Vejjajiva (Thailand)

Mr. Abhisit Vejjajiva, the ex-prime minister of Thailand, is usually good at talking. He always talks over and over again. He usually wins the opposite side with words, but never with deeds. On the outside, he is good-looking, but inside he is so cruel. For example, he commanded officials to control protesters in 2010 by using real bullets, and later he said to BBC News, "Unfortunately some people died."
In Parliament, his opposition party usually shows violent manners. For instance, they threw a chair and tried to harm the chairman of the Parliament. Now, he and his partners try to back the whistle protesters on the street. He tries to fight in Parliament, but in vain, because his manner and policies are always ugly.
In 2010, his cabinet was so corrupt, especially about the "roads without dust project." Although one of the newspapers that always supports his cabinet said, "This cabinet has been enormously more corrupt than the cabinet of Mr. Thaksin Shinawatra had ever been."

Talks a good talk but rarely holds true to his word. Rarely has done anything on his own. Most things he is credited with are taken from others.
The things he encourages aren't in line with the majority of Americans. Is it for the people by the people, or for the people by the government? What President gets involved with intellectual lawsuits? Why would you cut the foundation of our financial structure (oil and gas) when we are struggling?
While we're at it, why not change the healthcare system that no one really wants? Name something that stands out about his presidency that says "great leader." If you do, then I'll change my mind. Good luck!

A very shady and secretive politician, he gives off mob boss vibes more than that of the president of a world country.
A power-hungry tyrant, he has caused the disappearance of many former political opponents. He is sensitive to almost any criticism directed at him, invaded Ukraine despite Russia already having vast territory (it is the largest country in the world), and the fact that he's a former KGB spy doesn't really help my case here.

What he always does - brutal, such as to other eastern countries (was it Georgia?) - is evident here. A despot who made himself increasingly wealthy despite a poorer populace, ruled with an iron fist, made opposition to him illegal, and had appalling healthcare and education facilities, among many other things.
