Daffy Duck is an animated cartoon character produced by Warner Bros. Styled as an anthropomorphic black duck, the character has appeared in cartoon series such as Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies, where he usually has been depicted as the best friend and occasional arch-rival of Bugs Bunny. Post-1964 only. In 1964, he became a sadistic bastard who hates Speedy (of all characters) for no reason.
Before that, he was probably the best character, especially in the 30s and 40s.
Only when he's up against Speedy he turns into an idiotic, snobbish, murderess little flanderized jerk.

Michigan J. Frog is an animated cartoon character who debuted in the Merrie Melodies cartoon One Froggy Evening, written by Michael Maltese and directed by Chuck Jones. He is not so good but he is not the worst

Since I can't find Cecil turtle, I thought I would use this vote for my second least favourite. Charlie Dog.... he's the worst because he has no potential of being a Looney Tunes character, there is nothing redeemable about him, and he just resembles more of a villain more than daffy duck ever has been. You think daffy is a terrible person, try looking at charlie! When he's in the cartoons, he's always looking for a master not to share any love or be a friend, but rather treat the master like a servant to get him what he wants. Most of the time being Porky Pig. But when Porky or anyone else says no, he refuses their answer and continues to bargain them to let him stay in their home. These are one of these types of people that I hate. seriously he's acting like a child and a mutt! And these are one of the types of people that I hate the most! The name "Tweety" is a play on words, as it originally meant "sweetie", along with "tweet" being a typical English chick for the sounds of birds. Why is Tweety Bird a bad bird? Well for instance, He is annoying! He always tries to be slick! He ruins sylvester's life! He savors in Slyvesters despair! I wish he was burned to death by a flamethrower!

Honestly, I don't mind Pepe and I do see some kind of depth and something redeemable about him, but it's mostly because all he does is the same outdated jokes in his cartoons (which are prescribed as "Romantic"). And we all know that if you chase after a random person that doesn't like you, refusing to take no as an answer, and try touching the person if you don't have the consent to do so is more likely to be a lot like sexual harassment and less comedic. So his ass and his actions are far more likely to get him in jail. But here's the thing that make me shocked. I watch a video talking about him, and it turns out that his French accent is fake, and he has a freaking family! HE'S LITERALLY BEING A NEGLECTING FATHER!!! OMG!!!
Even if you put his unique tactics I'd getting woman aside he's honestly just not that funny

Bugs Bunny is an animated cartoon character, created by the staff of Leon Schlesinger Productions (later Warner Bros.) He is one of (if not) the most famous cartoon characters, and he is in the show Looney Tunes. His famous quote is "What's up doc?". He is a gray colored bunny with big teeth and big feet. His favorite food is carrots.
It's very hard to root for him because he would NEVER lose.
Though Chuck Jones specifically meant for Wile E. Coyote to be the sympathetic one anyway (by satirizing the "prankster heckles a hapless victim for no reason and gets away with it" trend that was common at the time)

Speedy Gonzales is an animated cartoon character in the Warner Brothers Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies series of cartoons.Foxy is literally just a Mickey Mouse ripoff who was barely changed to pass off as an original character Foxy barely lasted long as Walt Disney himself had to tell the guys at Warner Bros. to stop using the character for being a direct Mickey Mouse clone.
