  1. Artcell

Artcell is a Bangladeshi progressive metal band formed on October 23, 1999. According to The Daily Star, a leading English-language daily in Bangladesh, Artcell is "one of the leading bands of the country." The band is known for its complex compositions and socially conscious lyrics.

They are the face of Bangladeshi rock music. I feel proud that this band was born in our beloved homeland! Love and respect for them.

With only two solo albums and a few mixed albums, Artcell has won our heart. They are the best of the best.

Every single song is a masterpiece. They are hugely talented.

  2. BABYMETAL

Babymetal is a Japanese kawaii metal band that blends J-pop and heavy metal. The original lineup featured Suzuka Nakamoto as Su-metal, Moa Kikuchi as Moametal, and Yui Mizuno as Yuimetal. They are a breath of fresh air to the genre. They offer a diverse range of songs from different sub-genres of metal. People say they are a gimmick, but why would this gimmick last as long as it has today (seven years) and still be going strong, even being asked by other bands to perform for them as openers?

At the end of it all, they (Kami-Band, I think) have an excellent band backing the girls up. The girls are great at singing and bring life to their performance through their choreography and presence.

It's a gimmick, that's why they have become popular. They toured with Lady Gaga as an opening act, which doesn't speak metal. On the other hand, the band behind the girls is very good, and the girls can sing or growl. But first and foremost, the girls are cute. Babymetal is just a successful market product.

  5. Mezarkabul

Mezarkabul, also known as Pentagram, is a Turkish heavy metal band formed in 1986 by Hakan Utangaç and Cenk Ünnü. The band is one of the most influential acts in the Turkish metal scene. They are known for blending traditional Turkish music with heavy metal.

First two albums, "Pentagram" and "Trail Blazer," are raw-thrashy, and later albums are more influenced by Turkish folk and heavy or power metal. Though "Anatolia" and "Bir" are also great albums, personally, I like "Unspoken" more. Check out "Lions in the Cage," "In Esir like an Eagle," "Unspoken," "For Those Who Died Alone."

One of the very few great metal bands to come out of Turkey. They are often confused with Pentagram due to their original name.

They played lots of metal songs. In fact, some of their members were inspired by bands like Iron Maiden and Deep Purple. They never released a whole metal album, but each album contained some metal songs. And by metal, I meant pure metal genres like heavy metal, prog metal.

You have to understand, it's Aurthohin. You can make amazing songs with the bass guitar alone. I really hope Bassbaba gets well and blows our minds off!
