Top 10 Best Albums of 2004

2004 was a year when pop-punk anthems dominated the airwaves, emo rock found a larger audience, and pop stars embraced new levels of ambition. It was a time when genres blurred, with rock, pop, R&B, and alternative styles all flourishing in exciting and unexpected ways. Some albums brought fresh faces into the spotlight, while others proved that seasoned artists still had plenty to say.
The Top Ten
American Idiot - Green Day

This was the biggest hit of 2004. I don't really know why it isn't top 1. It definitely changed the meaning of punk music, making it possible to be successful with good punk stuff.

Breakaway - Kelly Clarkson
Covers - Regine Velasquez

PLATINUM award in less than a week? Now that's fantastic!

Anywhere but Home - Evanescence
Hot Fuss - The Killers
Love.Angel.Music.Baby. - Gwen Stefani

So many awesome songs here. Come on, guys, vote for Gwen!

We Are Not Alone - Breaking Benjamin
Encore - Eminem
Vol. 3: (The Subliminal Verses) - Slipknot
Speak - Lindsay Lohan

I know what you think, guys, but I prefer various music. Rock and pop are my favorite genres. Lindsay mixed both rock and pop here, and she sounded decent. Don't judge it without listening.

I don't know why, but I really love Lindsay Lohan's music.
