Rocks is the fourth album by American rock band Aerosmith, released on May 3, 1976, by Columbia Records. The album ranked #176 on Rolling Stone's list of the 500 Greatest Albums of All Time. It is also noted in musician Kurt Cobain's journals as one of his top 50 favorite albums.

Additionally, Rocks has greatly influenced several figures in the hard rock and heavy metal community, including members of Guns N' Roses and Metallica.
