Is there a single good country in Africa? No disrespect to people living here, my heart is bleeding when I read about their misery. No one should be treated like that. Women rights, freedom of religion, education? I won't even start on that. 95% of women in Somalia have suffered female genital mutilation. This place is hell on Earth.
Only the southern part of Somalia is in war but the northern part is peaceful so I don't get why Somalia is ranked 1st? What about Ethiopia killing Muslim like a million of Ethiopian are living in northern Somalia because of how poor Ethiopia really is! The Democratic Republic of the Congo, also known as DR Congo, DRC, DROC, Congo-Kinshasa, or simply the Congo is a country located in Central Africa. Always at conflict with (regular) congo, zaire picked the worst place to pick their capital. Kinshasa may be the worst city in the world. A stones throw away from the much better but still bad (regular) congo, it was wrongly placed in the far southwestern side of the country. All of the gold mines are run by warlords, not the country. Children are forced to go to war over the mines. Other children are forced to mine the gold. I don't know why Zaire isn't up at the top of the list.

Their is serious crime like you have never known. don't even attempt to do to JHB CDB, they just don't rob and leave you alone, they stub, shoot you you for nothing.

South Africa is one of the most touristy attractions in Africa this should be closer to the end of the list only for it's unsafe places in areas of Cape Town and Johannesburg. As long as you have a guide South Africa will be a beautiful vacation

My parents are from ethiopia and it's not bad. It's actually really pretty and it's an amazing place to visit. Amazing food also. The only thing I'd argue is the political rights. But they have a new minister that is helping the country a lot. It is a good country and should be in like the 30s
