It's very strong and successful in battles all the time, and for knowing every move, it's very good with False Swipe for shiny hunting along with Keldeo, who I use occasionally! I literally had a dream that some guy came up to me and said, "The reason you love Vulpix is because of its feet!" which awakened my love for Vulpix's feet. It's got six fluffy tails. It is warm to hug and would just make the best companion ever.

Jigglypuff, known in Japan as Purin, is a Pokémon species in Nintendo and Game Freak's Pokémon franchise. You people must be crazy. Think of the Pokémon above these? Togepi would be cuter if it wasn't in a diaper made out of an egg. And Pachirisu is just an ice-squirrel copy of Pikachu. Their names are very similar too.
Igglybuff and Jigglypuff aren't HALF as cute as Jigglypuff. It has the cutest name. When you hear "Jigglypuff," you automatically know that it's cute. Its eyes are adorable. They're huge, round, and blue. Like, seriously. Pretty much all the Pokémon above have boring, black little bead eyes that look like they belong on a teddy bear.
Jigglypuff is like a pink, little, round pillow. It's so huggable, and I LOVE IT! It can sing too. It's got a way better voice than Justin Bieber. If Jigglypuff were real, it'd be a celebrity. It beat my Yveltal in a Pokémon match, COME ON! It's super strong. It puts people to sleep with its soothing lullabies.
Togepi, known in Japan as Togepy, is a Pokémon species in Nintendo and Game Freak's Pokémon franchise. Togepi is the greatest Pokémon ever to have been made. Why? First of all, it and its evolutions are the cutest Pokémon. Literally, it's adorable. I can't stop staring at it.
Its moveset can be a failure unless you train it right. Metronome is the best move ever because it's so unpredictable. Your opponent will never know what hit them.
This is even stronger when battling a friend, so the randomness of it will be to your advantage. My personal strategy is to prevent your opponent from guessing or knowing your next move, and all of Dreamblur's moves can help with that. It has good defensive and offensive moves, so it can work with any strategy you have. My Togepi's moveset is Fly, Extrasensory, Metronome, and Ancient Power, giving it a strong advantage over many types.
Pikachu is way overrated. This guy is an example of a cute and cool Pokémon that will never be noticed.
Piplup, known in Japan as Pochama, is a Pokémon species in Nintendo and Game Freak's Pokémon franchise. Piplup is so cute, but I had problems getting it. My first game was Diamond, but it was used. Someone couldn't get past the first rival battle, and they chose Turtwig. Then I got Pearl and chose Piplup, but I wanted to see what it would evolve into.
And then I got Platinum and chose Piplup, and I refuse to let it evolve!
Piplup is so adorable. I actually went as him for Halloween in first grade. What could be cuter than a little, overly self-confident baby penguin that has trouble walking and says nothing but its name in a really high and adorable voice?

Emolga, known in Japan as Emonga, is a Pokémon species in Nintendo and Game Freak's Pokémon franchise. I'm only going to say this once, so read carefully. Emolga is the most adorable out of all these. He's like a little sugar glider with yellow wings, black ears, and a white body.
And if you don't think the little hands and wings are that cute, just wait until you take a good look at his face.
Emolga is so cute. Just look at it. I have it in my party, and he is just so awesome. If you level it up and make it a lot stronger and faster, you'll know what I mean. And who doesn't like Emolga? He's definitely in my top 10.

Oshawott, known in Japan as Mijumaru, is a Pokémon species in Nintendo and Game Freak's Pokémon franchise. I LOVE Oshawott. She was my first Pokémon starter, and I adored her. I was so reluctant to evolve her because of how adorable her design is, but I ultimately did and never regretted it a bit. Not only is Oshawott cute, but its evolutionary line is EPIC.
Dewott and Samurott both are awesome in terms of design and efficiency. While not my number one favorite, Oshawott is definitely in my top ten. This cutie needs to be number one on this list, without a doubt.

Dude, why isn't Mudkip in the top 10? Mudkip is my favorite. Especially after you take a look at that one cute Pokémon card with Kippy playing in the mud. That fin on its head and those cheek spikes are absolutely irresistible.
Mudkip is without a doubt the cutest Pokémon out there. How is it number 14? With its beautiful sky blue and those cute little paws, not to mention that amazing smile and high-pitched noise they make, they are amazing. My favorite, all the way.

Everyone is saying that "it's so powerful" for all of them. Almost none of it is true. I admit, even though Shinx is my favorite Pokémon, none of its evolutions are that great. Shinx is adorable, and that should be what matters!
I think Shinx is just about the whole package. It's an electric type, which is probably one of the coolest types ever. It's totally adorable. I mean, seriously, I would expect my favorite Pokémon, Shinx, to be higher than 16. Some of the Pokémon above it aren't even as cute as Shinx.

Cyndaquil, known in Japan as Hinoarashi, is a Pokémon species in Nintendo and Game Freak's Pokémon franchise. Cyndaquil has the cutest eyes in the entire world. The problem with most cute Pokémon is that they start cute but then end up really not cute at all. But Cyndaquil evolves into Quilava, which also looks pretty cute.
Honestly, I think Cyndaquil is really cute, but I think its evolutions could improve. They basically just make Cyndaquil bigger and change its eyes. But overall, it's still on my cute list.

Chikorita, known in Japan as Chicorita, is a Pokémon species in Nintendo and Game Freak's Pokémon franchise. I remember seeing Ash's Chikorita in the anime, and I fell in love with her immediately. So much so that I got my friend to make a superstar save file on his SoulSilver cartridge and trade over a female Meganium onto my Pearl file, just so I could get one.
Although not loved by others much, Chikorita and her evolutions are all adorable!
Most underrated starter ever. Everywhere I go, I hear people say that Chikorita sucks. I think its design is quite cute and its evolutionary line design is overall one of the best ones.
Sylveon, known in Japan as Nymphia, is a Pokémon species in Nintendo and Game Freak's Pokémon franchise. This seems like the least toxic Sylveon fan place. At least I hope so.
Although Espeon isn't cute, I'd say it would definitely outshine Sylveon when it comes to elegance. Sylveon just happens to be better in cuteness, which is fine, although I'm not a fan.
But I do hate how they ignore that Sylveon can be a boy or girl.
Who the heck said that she is ugly and terrible on the battlefield? Bruh. She can beat up a dragon in ten seconds flat. And she has cool coloring. She's my favorite Eeveelution.

When Squirtle uses Bubble, or spins in its shell, or even when it faints and has those spiral eyes, it is irresistibly cute!

Pachirisu is cuter than Emolga, Dedenne, Plusle, Minun, and the rest I might have forgotten. Only three Pokémon are cuter than it.

Dedenne, known in Japan as the same name, is a Pokémon species in Nintendo and Game Freak's Pokémon franchise. I like this guy. It even has the Fairy typing. I know some people absolutely hate this thing.

Celebi, known in Japan as the same name, is a Mythical Pokémon species in Nintendo and Game Freak's Pokémon franchise. In my personal opinion, I find Celebi much cuter than Mew. Mew has that big nose that doesn't quite sit right with me. While Celebi has those big eyes and the most adorable voice.
Celebi, one of my first Pokémon plushes ever. At first, when I saw her, I was like, This Pokémon is so cute. Even my sister loves her. She's so small and cute, especially her voice.
Celebi is so cute, and in movies, it can fly so fast. I love the color green on him.

Those eyes. Or rather, that eye. Eyes are wonderful, and when you get that cute eye on its tummy, you cannot go wrong.

I love Vaporeon! It's such an amazing and cute Pokémon! I've had my Vaporeon since Diamond/Pearl and traded it through Platinum, Heart Gold, Black, Black 2, and Y.
