    Aside from the fact that I love her, I'm voting vote her because she is literally the only person in this Top 10 I've heard of. And these are supposed to be POP (well-known, POPular) artists?

    I think Katy perry is great. Hasn't made an album in a couple years but she could surprise us at any time. Plus it doesn't really matter.
