Psychotic reaction. As a matter of fact the version by the "positively 13 o clock" is more punk. Also this is a very limited list because there were litterally thousands garage-punk bands in the sixties. You can consider them as the godfathers of the war against the establishment. Good compilations if you starting listen to this kind of music are "pebbles","back from the grave".
