2 Peter's struggle with his powers in Spider-Man 2 is more interesting than Bruce's motivation to stop the Joker
3 Better ending
Although some articles here are wrong, I must say that I like this list but I prefer The Dark Knight
4 Better writing
The relatability of Peter's struggles, the messages of the story, and the beautifully conveyed every-man mentality of the film is what wins. And it's even comic accurate, which is a win.
5 Better acting
6 Doctor Octopus is a better villain than the Joker
7 More likable characters
8 Better action and fighting scenes
9 Better soundtrack
10 The Dark Knight is too edgy and all over the place while Spider-Man 2 has a good balance and doesn't take itself too seriously
That's one of the reasons I didn't like the dark knight
