Scariest Faces In Horror Movies
I still can't sleep every time I see that face it creeps the hell outta me! I mean, in some parts of the movie its not that scary, in many parts it creeps me out like. This movie is one of the most scary movies I've ever seen.
I vividly remember as a kid of 10 years old when The Exorcist came out and seeing the pictures of Reagan in magazine and newspaper articles and she looked absolutely frightening to me then!
I saw her in Scary Maze but her face was just her skin color changed into gray as if I saw the picture of her was colorized.
It's something about the way it looks if he's looking directly at you. The solid black eye-holes and the unforgiving look really creeps me out. Sometimes, I even have nightmares of him, nearly killing me and him just being unrelenting. You can't change my mind about Michael's mask being the scariest face in all of horror movies.
Sorry guys, but I'll have to vote for this one, because of its genius originality of creep factor, an emotionless face. I praise this mask because of its iconic and memorable image, being more simple than many other masks like Leatherface or Jason, and scarier.
Come on, Jigsaw isn't scary. He's a lame puppet in a movie where the plot is so stupid and the characters so unbelievable that no one is scared, their just grossed out. Its sad people these days can't tell the difference. Anyway I voted Pennywise because I remember as a kid walking past the movie at the video store and being too afraid to watch it just because the clown on the front was terrifying.
IT is a great movie but Pennywise is really creepy, I already was scared of clowns then I am totally freaked out by clowns after I watched this movie.
You may not see this inbred's face but he would be EXTREMLY UGLY! And that mask! If human skin. Dried from a freshly dead human. And he prances around in his skin/face mask. But the scariest mask if his was the 1974 version. Good god. It looked so real... I can't stop thinking about it since I watched at the beginning if summer!
He looks so dang gross. He has a mask made out of human skin. He looks even more scarier than freddy krueger, jason voorhees, and Michael myers.
The old version is so creepy you get nightmares by looking at it. NOT THE 2003 ONE! that's not scary.
Well, I have a little story. I have something like a picture of him on my iPod. I set my alarm for about 60... Well, my iPod works somewhat so that it doesn't go to my alarm, it shows the picture. My iPod doesn't play Music and Video at the same time... Well, neither does anyone elses'... So, now, every morning, since I usually leave the picture on before I go to sleep, I wake up and see Krueger's face. Not the most fun thing to wake up to.
Scary, no. I think not. Well, yes, over all the movie is, but then again, Freddy's face isn't terrifying. It is just creepy, and... Downright... EERIE.
Goodnight.
So scary that I can't sleep and when I wake up at night I go sleep in my parents bed. I didn't see the movie but think its nice.
Come on, it's just one of those stupid Halloween masks you get at the shops.
The face looked very scary...
But everything poo when the ghostface's face was revealed
You gotta be kidding me if he's not the 1st. He wears the creepiest and most classic Hockey mask cinema has ever known.
Behind it, the most horrifying zombie face.
My biggest gripe about the Saw films is they focused way too much on killing people with traps and not enough on the actual villain. Jigsaw is one scary mother even without his mask! If he actually went out and killed people face to face with a knife or something, I guarantee the popularity of the films would go through the roof.
I couldn't sleep for 6 years because of this face. Scariest thing I ever saw in my life. I had to secretly burn my parent's saw movies just to get rid of that horriying face on the cover.
Why is this not higher, out of all the horror movie faces that I have seen, none has disturbed and scarred me more than Pazuzu. It is no contest. This face made me find it hard to go asleep, let alone haunt me through the night. I had trouble sleeping for weeks. Why is Ghostface higher than Pazuzu, his face seemed more funny than scary.
The face of the demon which appears for 3 frames during Father Karras' dream. Absolutely terrifying. It can't be unseen.
I would say this creepy white demon should be above Regan McNeil for obvious reasons.
He was scarier when the movies stopped being horror movies.
Oh my god. After you see this movie you are like eh, that was pretty good. Later, you start seeing things...
When I actually watch this movie, I'm not scared. Thinking about it in bed...totally different story...
Reminds me of a really angry, dirty version of Gollum.
Don't anyone DARE add a picture! I have a phobia of the creaking door sounds in my house, thanks to her! Please don't add a picture of her to the list. I'll be scared to touch my computer if that happens.
Kayako is terrifiying on her own (close behind samara morgan) but the way they made her appear in the movies is what makes it bone chilling.
Girl white skin, long black hair and a white dress? Nope!
That creep me out... Add with her annoying voices hmmm huge creep now
Why didn't you put these here, this is the most scariest.
Super eerie. Makes me (and many others) feel uneasy.
Anthony Hopkins is a great actor as well.
It's only when he says "here's johnny! "
When the witch is on top of the mom in bed!. Smoking hot. Lol super creepy looking face and I think easily top 3 scariest face in a movie. Then proceeds to puke in her mouth thus possessing her. Classic.
That part where the witch jumps from the top of the cupboard...
