1 Wrestling
Wrestling is a combat sport involving grappling type techniques such as clinch fighting, throws and takedowns, joint locks, pins and other grappling holds. Wrestling is a very tricky sport. I went to two days of wrestling practice with my brother. At the end of both of them, I was physically exhausted and felt like I was going to vomit. You wouldn't believe how much work is put into the sport, and that they do even more than just practice. Also, my brother is a wrestler, and he can agree that the sport is treated so poorly by the school, someone needs to do something about it.

Probably the most challenging sport!
