Top 10 Best Things About the SNES Classic

The Top Ten
1 Suspend Points

Now we can abuse them and get past stage 1 of Contra III and Super Ghouls n' Ghosts

This feature makes games like Mega Man X and Super Ghouls n' Ghosts way more newbie friendly.

2 Star Fox 2

Finally, after more than 20 years, people can play the once thought cancelled sequel to Star Fox.

I hope to play this game once I buy the SNES Classic whenever I have the chance to find it.

Pretty much the only reason why I'd buy one as I already have most of the games in the SNES Classic on the Wii U.

3 It Includes 2 Controllers

This was a HUGE problem with the NES Classic, where some games were way more fun to play with 2 players.

4 The Emulation is Superb

Very few slow downs and clean music.

5 The Variety of Games

Super Mario World, The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past, Super Metroid, Kirby Super Star, Super Castlevania 4, Mega Man X, and so, SO many more classics.

6 It's Easy to Add Games On

Any games you wanted on the SNES Classic that weren't on it can be easily added.

7 CRT Filter

Another way to make your experience with the SNES Classic even more nostalgic.

I'm the only one here that prefers CRT filter instead of 4:3. And no, I'm not nostalgic, I never had a SNES. The games were just made to be played with CRT filter.

8 It's Cheaper to Find

While the NES Classic goes on for $150 on eBay, the SNES Classic goes for about $110. Still not great but at least nintendo tried.

9 It's Easy to Carry

A KeTen case can hold all the controllers, the console, and the cords.

10 It Plays Back How You Played the Previous Can If You Leave It Alone for Long Enough

It's fun to watch you playing a game earlier.
