This is basically the best weapon, hands down, if you are around S/S+ rank skill at least and just put enough damage up to make it at least 99.0 damage. It is actually surprising how often it one shots, and you can easily make it through S rank with the mk I, which is the "worst" one of these god-tier weapons. In truth, it isn't any better or worse than a normal charger: it's hard to use but entirely viable.
