Top 10 Wings of Fire Main Protagonists

For all you girls who want a role model dragon in this book, Tsunami is what you are looking for. She is brave, sarcastic, loyal, protective, and will do anything for a friend. though a lot of people have been saying that Tsunami is too violent, but Tsunami learned to stop being so violent and Tsunami shows that its okay to make mistakes and you can learn for mistakes. Tsunami is the only one who properly shows the strength in girls. GO TSUNAMI!

It's my opinion, okay? This whole list is about opinions, and I'm here to say mine. In book 2 chapter book, it DID say she liked the feeling of being powerful and dangerous. She's not the worst character, but you guys don't have to be rude about it, okay? Geez.

Moon rising is my favorite and Moon was so amazing. The book was special because we got a deeper look into other dragons. We could understand them more and see why they are who they are. We could see why Darkstalker was who he was. Moon is very deserving of her place. She's my favorite. Moon also even risked loosing friends to protect them which is so sweet! Throughout arc two, moon always tries her best to see the good in dragons. In her opinion there are there is always some amount of good in them. She always gives them a chance.

I share her sarcasm. I don't know why they made Tsunami sarcastic later, but Glory is the real sarcasm element of the group.

Hmm, glory no big deal, just my favorite character in all the wings of fire books by a mile.

Glory is my favorite character. She's smart, sarcastic, brave, and loyal.

Peril is my favourite character ever! Her book was amazing and hilarious, and we get to see more of her character. She had great character development and went from being a flat-out killer and unquestioning loyalty to Queen Scarlet to a dragon who tries to do what's best. I love her!

Her book was hilarious, kind of like the Dangerous Gift, because at the beginning, Peril is kind of psychotic. Plus the end is so satisfying, like when the character keeps on doing stupid things and you just want to yell at them and… you get my point. It's also great that Peril gets a full redeption.

Darkstalker is supportive of his mother but hates his father, even as a child he always sided with Foeslayer. His first ever choice was not making his sister the way he was. It was "his world now" an awesome way to start a villains life in a book like wings of fire.

Legends: Darkstalker. NightWing Animus who also has the same powers as Moonwatcher.

He is bad, but it's kinda his magic's fault.

The Brightest Night is easily my favorite Wings of Fire book, Sunny should be higher on this list. She was an awesome protagonist because at first you kinda see her as kind and sweet and her personality is easy to overlook, but then you read her book and you're like "Wow her character is so much more complex." She's also really smart and kind and her book was my favorite out of all WOF books.

No! NO NO NO! HOW is Sunny LAST! She's such a great character! SO sweet and brave and her book is amazing! HOW are all THESE dragons ahead of her?! Come on people! Vote Sunny! Also the only main hybrid!

Starflight is the one most similar to me in the books. His obsession over NightWings at the beginning was so annoying, especially because I read arc 2 before arc 1, so I knew NightWings (as a tribe/in general) are super annoying.

I liked the Dark Secret, especially when the RainWings invaded the volcano at the end, that was great. Also Starflight is so smart.

I love Starflight and he is the wisest choice. Vote Starflight!

Cricket is amazing! Her book was slightly boring at parts but she's so smart and I like her character better than Qibli's, he wants people to like him too much while Cricket doesn't. Cricket is one of my favorite characters.

All right! Cricket's cool! Personally I don't like moonwatcher either but glory and tsunami is fine! And mostly everyone else! You made your point don't be rude about everything!

Cricket's cool. Tsunami sucks. Glory sucks. Moonwatcher sucks. Peril sucks. Starflight sucks. Everyone other than Cricket and Bumblebee sucks.

Anemone really does have a good heart just maybe her animus powers can make her evil but anemone diserves a second chance.

Is a big hunk of mushy stuff, good big wings and quite funny but of course very loving

I don't know why Sundew isn't higher on this list. She's brave, strong, fearless, basically Tsunami but better because she is more complicated and is written better (in my opinion.)

Sundew is seen as a legend or someone to be feared of within the tribe. Her relationship with Willow is so cute! (Plus our first canon lesbian couple, I think!) She's headstrong yet she's secretive, she has the sarcasm of Glory but is maintained in a different way, she acts like she doesn't care yet she's so, so loyal.

And, she's not afraid to stand up for her friends or herself. She helped burn down one of the hives, and stole the book of Clearsight. She doesn't want to marry Mandrake and she shows that clear. And, she plays a major role in the overall series.

Sundew is definitely my favorite protagonist (at least of the third arc) and definitely deserves a higher rank then 12th. I hope you can see why.!

Assassin was easily the best Winglets. I think it's so sad how Quickstrike died and how Deathbringer vowed to put those he love before his mission, it really makes him saving Glory and not killing her a hundred times sweeter.

Fun fact, Deathbringer is my 2ned favorite character! He is so funny sometimes and I love GloryBringer! My favorite Winglet was Assassin I feel SO bad for Deathbringer. And I love how instead of killing the DOD he fell in love with one of them. GO DEATHBRINGER!

He had the best character development in this series! I love his personality, and how he's so misunderstood.

Sad life. No one was there to help like how Qibli had Thorn. He is prickly cause he wants to prove himself.

Cold on the outside. Warm on the inside. A little hurt on the inside too!

Yeah yeah I know Kinkajou didn't get a perspective but come ON she should've! I get how the author only gives books to those who need their characters to develop or whatever but Kinkajou could at LEAST get a prologue or an epilogue, at least something in her perspective instead of leaving us in the dark about how she sees things!

Her book is hilarious, with all Snowfall's weird paranoia and Lynx as well. It was also completely unexpected for me, because I thought she was just to mean to be the main character.

She is my second favorite character. I really liked her book. The dangerous gift is excellent. Her development is quite astonishing.

Upcoming protagonist of book 14. She's one of the only things we know about it.

Edit: We now know the title, "The Dangerous Gift".

Clearsight is the best! She's so smart and strong and sacrificed everything to save we tribe. She was so aware of how every one of her actions affected others and her worlds and put so much toward creating a better world. I'm so sad that her and dark stalker never got to have a future together but I'm glad she was happy in the end. She deserves it and so much more!
