All Time Worst Cover Songs
The Contenders: Page 2
Seriously. Jess Simpson has NOT got the right vocals for this song. And making it sound more country?! WORST. IDEA. EVER.
Megadeth has the best version
"Walk into the club like 'what up, I got a hit song'! " NO YOU DON'T! EVERYONE WITH A BRAIN HATES YOU AND WHAT YOU DID TO THIS OTHERWISE GOOD SONG! When it's performed by Macklemore, it's funny and entertaining. But when Kidz Bop does it, they suck out all the fun! Go jump off a clip, Kidz Bop and whoever decided that them covering it would be a good idea!
I can see these kids throwing a crack party in 2020, the year these kids are going to have child star syndrome.
Why is Kidz Bop still a thing? I just remember every year as a child seeing commercials for 1, 2, 3, 4, etc albums they released. Its always the worst thing ever.
All kidz bop covers are horrible - wrestsV 10 Comments
A song about food, sung by a woman who later STARVED herself? Ugh! - Interrogator
Courtney arranged the song differently and messed up the lyrics, singing the wrong ones. I appreciate her doing this for Kurt, but she should've practiced more maybe? - MontyPythonV 1 Comment
The original is one of my favourite songs of all time, a lively yet laid-back downtempo beat to go with subtle and mellifluous vocals. A song you love from the first time you hear it, and never stop playing once you do.
The cover? Noise, noise and more noise. - PositronWildhawk
Oh, Journey. What have they done to you?
Its Glee, they could probably fill up every slot after Miley Cyrus' Smells Like Teen Spirit
Glee (or should I say Pee? ) should have called it Stop Believing.
I HATE THE BUTCHERY DONE TO THIS SONGV 2 Comments
Everything BOTDF touches turns into trash. - wrests
this really sucks. But why Working Class Hero is up there? I think it's pretty good cover. - GreenDay95
I saw her cover this on the metallica tribute thing. Horrible. Avril sucks!
This is a bad cover - RoseCandyMusic
Stop doing covers. This band sucks anyways. But the first 3 albums were okay
Why would they ruin the best tool song of all time! ? I hate limp biskit.V 3 Comments
This isn't a cover. This is the actual song. Good song though
I find both great in my opinion
I am appalled that this version is more popular than the Genesis version.
Just thinking about Disturbed gives me the jitters O_o - Interrogator
Why is this cover on the list? It's awesome
One of the most unbearable movie franchises to ever exist teams up with one of the most unbearable country artists. How did it turn out? Surprisingly, the Chipmunks version is only slightly worse than the original. - Zach808
Vocals on this one completely trashed up this one
I guess maybe certain songs sound better if sung by girls instead of guys. - Interrogator
The worst, makes a cover of the best, and doesn't even have the audacity to print out the the lyrics. And then, he performs the song in Detroit. I'm suprized the audience didn't run out, with their ears on fire.
Let's just hope Justin Bieber doesn't make a cover version of Led Zeppelin's "Stairway to Heaven" (which would be "Stairway to Hell" in that case)
What! No. This sucks. I just don't understand why doesn't Justin leave this solar system, and man cover of my favourite song, he should have committed suicide by now.
How to turn a great song into absoulte trash Eminem I think dissed him in a track and Bieber deserves it - christangrantV 13 Comments
What was William Shatner on when covering this song
What was William Shatner on covering this song
I can't really say it's bad. He covered the song in 1968 wich means we were still in full psychedelic era. I think because of that, that it's campy, a piece of the era itself.
