This song is from a concept album about a cannibalistic serial killer, so you can kinda guess the content in this song, you get gruesome murders,necrophilia,and cannibalism and if that wasn't enough there is a weird skit in the middle where he talks about mother to son incest... Wonderful.

You know most rappers talking about murder it's fictional, they never actually killed anyone, however not the case here, shortly after the making of this song Big Lurch did commit murder, he actually killed and ate his roommate while he was high on PCP, the details are shocking with him apparently ripping open her chest and consuming parts of her lungs, just knowing that makes everything in the song much more horrifying
This one is disturbing because of the detail biggy goes in on why he feel suicidal sometimes, it's just a names suicidal thoughts and the track ends with the sound of biggy shooting himself in the head...Yikes it's pretty saddening to listen to this song
Rittz tells two different stories in his verses first is about a home invasion, and the 2nd about a father who tries to stop his daughter from dating a mischievous boyfriend, so in the end the boyfriend murders the father with a baseball bat while his daughter watches. It's pretty bad stuff.
