For me, Levi is a very lovable person. He might call you "brat," but it means something else. I won't blame him for his coldness due to his difficult childhood. He is truly "HUMANITY'S STRONGEST."

I think I find him handsome because of his drive to be free. He literally watched his whole world get destroyed in seconds with his two best friends. That strength and his Season 4 physique are just what the ladies needed to put him in second place.
I think Eren is rather cute than handsome. Especially his eyes. I'm so jealous to see how beautiful his eyes are! His eyes are huge, and when he makes an innocent face, he looks adorable! Not to mention their color. I still can't tell if his eyes are made of jewelry.

Erwin is my favorite character in the AoT universe. He is majestic, handsome, smart, and intelligent. He is a person you can trust. He is a very mature leader who loves his men and always wants the best for his loved ones.
Based on Levi's admiration, I gotta give Erwin some cred. He looks so good when leading the attack against the Beast Titan. I wish he could've lived a little longer in the series. He has this sense of power that just makes you wanna go crazy just from looking at him.
He has a pretty unique facial posture and can be considered handsome. Although he has never shown his abs or body clearly in the anime or manga, he still shows that he has a body no less impressive than Levi, Eren, or other characters. He also has a very good nature and has a crush on Mikasa, which I think is very cute. I really like when there is a scene where he blushes, especially with Mikasa. It's cute and adorable.
However, he can be very badass when he's very angry, especially when Mikasa is in danger. Stabbing his swords into a Titan's eyes to save her shows his bravery. I think he deserves a higher ranking among AoT's hottest male characters, next to Levi, Eren, and Erwin.

He should be number one! I understand that Levi is number one because I'm also a giant Levi simp, and I think more people love Levi. But Armin should be at least number two. He is so freaking smart, and it's the natural logical kind of smart. His hair is gorgeous. I'm kinda sad that he cut it, but he looks handsome no matter what. His eyes are so pretty. I also really love his nose. It's just so freaking cute. And his voice is perfect.
He is also ripped. Physical strength isn't one of his main attributes, but in the episode after Hero (I think it's that one), where he's shirtless, he is ripped but not the kind that is all chunky. He's thin and has muscle at the same time. He is so understanding and doesn't just see one side of a situation.
I mean, Reiner is okay. He did betray one of the hottest guys in AoT. I think he should be a lot lower on the list only because of his betrayal.

Bertholdt is the hottest male alive. He should be number one. Why?
1. His face is normal (unlike Eren, whose eyes are bigger than his face) but also very attractive, with emerald eyes and perfect brown skin. His facial expression matches his personality.
2. His body may not show up in the series or the manga (I have no idea why they show Eren without his shirt), but there are pictures of Bertholdt without his shirt that Isayama drew, which turned me on!
3. His voice is dark enough - just right - and he sounds manly. That deep, sexy voice hypnotizes me to listen to it over and over again.
4. His height. Levi is really short, but I guess he's hot. Think about it: tall guy, muscular, attractive. Are you kidding me?
5. His personality is wonderful. He's really shy, smart (he graduated 3rd in the 104th squad), kind, respectful of everyone's opinions, and quiet (unlike Eren, who shouts like he thinks someone's recording him). He's not annoying, and he's very gentle with girls. That's not all. There are many more reasons, but it would be too long.
